Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in hard soil (vide classification of soil item-A)and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance up to 50mts. Including all lift,levelling,ramming the foundation trenches, removing root of treese, shrubs all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/I. ( 5.1.1 +5.1.2 )

Providing coarse clean Sand filling in foundation trenches including ramming and waterind in layers not exceeding 150mm. thick with all leads including cost of materials, labour, royalty and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I 5.1.10

Providing designation 75 B one brick flat soling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering taxes royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. 5.6.3

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 5.3.1.2

Providing R.C.C. (M-150) (1:2:4) in Column with approved quality of stone Chips (20mm.to 6mm. Size) graded and clean coarse sand of F.M. 2.5 to 3.00 inculuding screening,shuttering ,mixing cement concrete in mixer and placing in posit-ion vibrating, striking, curing,(but excluding the cost of reinforcement) taxes and royalty all complete as per buildingspecification and direction of E/I(Grade-A)

Centering and shuttering including strutting proping etc and removal of form for foundation , footing ,base of column etc , for mass concrete … do .. As per E/I 5.3.17

Providing designation 75 B Brick work in C.M.(1:6) in Super Structure with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M.2.00 to 2.5 including 10 mm thick mortar joints,cost of screening, scaffplding, raking out joints to 15 mm. depth, curing, taxes and royalty all compl-ete as per building specification and direection of E/I(Grade-A)5.2.14

Providing 12mm cement plaster in cm (1:6) in both side wall with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including cost of screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water,scaffolding,taxes and royalty all complete as per building specifica- tion and direction of E/I 5.7.3

providing one coat of oil bound distemper of approved shade and make over old surface including washing cleaning and papering the walls, scaffolding, washing of floors and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.5.8.16

Providing tor.Steel reinforcement of 12 mm Dia.M.S.bars as per approved deige and drawing including carriage of M.S.bars to work site cutting,bending and binding with annealed wire cost of wire,removal of rust, placing the rods in position all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I5.5.5.b

Earth filling in foundaion trenches and plinth in layers not exceding 150 mm thick well watered, rammed, fully compacted and fine dressed with earth obtained from excavation of foundation trenches within a lead of 50 M and lift of 1.5 M all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. (mode of measurement compacted volume)5.1.7

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforcement cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement -all work up to plinth level: (1:1.5:3) (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone III ) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ). 5.3.9.1

Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form for foundation , footing , bases of columns, etc for mass concrete. 5.3.17.10

Providing Tor steel reinforcement of 10mm., 12mm & 16mm dia. bars as per approved design and drawing with cutting, bending and binding with annealed wire with cost of wire, removal of rust placing the rods in position (excluding carriage of bar to work site ) all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l. 5.5.5 a
