Wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles, lime terracing or cement concrete, including flashings and junction of parapets, etc., and surface painting, with a layer of blown grade bitumen of any penetration applied hot @ 1.7 kg per sq. m, blinded with grit or pea size gravel @ 0.006 cu.m per sq.m, and lightly tampered (area of flashings, etc., shall be added to the roof area) complete, all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in padding over roof/chajja top slab , finished even and fair without using extra cement with WPC , all as specified. Note :- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

10mm thick (average) screed bed/ plaster in cement mortar 1:3 in order to maintain proper slope and base over existing roof surface for laying of APP based polymeric membrane, mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete, all as specified and directed. (Note:- WPC and polymeric membrane shall be measured and paid separately)

APP (Atactic Poly-propylene polymer) modified membranes, five layered, 3mm thick weighing not less than 3.6 kg/ Sqm, having a centre core of polyester non-woven mat (FP) reinforcement dipped into APP modified mix and sealing all the over laps 75mm on length side and 100mm on width side of membranes by torching as per manufacture's instructions by authorised applicator only after applying evenly a coat of bitumen VG-10 grade @ 1.20 kg per sqm on the bottom of APP and on top of joints of APP complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-7.5, nominal mix, D-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, as in sub base layer under floors, sunken floor, all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, type B-0, using 12.5mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in floors, 25mm thick, surface finished even and fair to receive top surface, all as specified.

Factory made second class hard wood (Sal) glazed and Skelton door shutters 35mm thick open rebated and prepared to receive glass gauge etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass or gauge etc., size of members of shutter as specified in clause 8.24 (a) of part-I, fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified.

Factory made solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm single side plain PVC sheet and edges shall be painted to match with plain sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing on page No 176- of MES SSR 2020 Part-II

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. Machine cut kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick as per sample kept in GE’s office, as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado/riser to steps laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, laid over and including 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish complete, all as specified.

Fly ash brick work with old size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), complete all as specified.

All as per item No. 45 But except bricks complete all as specified. (Note:- Serviceable bricks retrieved from Serial Item No 06 shall be used).

Reinforced cement concrete M-15 nominal mix ( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified.

Precast reinforced cement concrete M-15, type B-1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) but in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces, set in cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), all as specified. TMT bars 5mm to 10mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips , all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 50mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified. 75mm thick Plain cement concrete M-10 nominal mix, C-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified.
