SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I [B/R Works]: Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description from any position removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and depth for foundations, laying of cables, pipe etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft / disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M & L for RCC M-30 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, rafts, footings, plinth beams, basement slabs etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC M-30 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated material (soils mixed with boulders) complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.)

Removing excavated material (soils mixed with boulders) to a distance exc 1.5 Km but not exceeding 5.0 Km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed

Use and waste of steel formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits of plinth beams and similar work for fair finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of steel formwork to to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, as in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto 10mm dia as in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in stirrups, spacers, binders complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks in PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Granite Stone Slabs of 18 to 20 mm thick of Colour Mexican Red / Ruby Red / Z Black / Pearl Black as in flooring, cooking platforms and steps etc. with machine cut edges, Table rubbed and prepolished to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, granite stone slabs shall be of design / pattern as directed, including diagonals, inlays, borders, margins in two or more colours / shades, designs / patterns of stone slabs, set and bedded with grey cement [slurry] and jointed and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the Granite Slabs laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Granite Stone Slabs of 18 to 20 mm thick of Colour Mexican Red / Ruby Red / Z Black / Pearl Black as in Skirting, Dado, risers of steps, Jambs, Pillars, Wall Lining [Veneering to Wall] etc. with machine cut edges, Table rubbed and prepolished to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, granite stone slabs shall be of design / pattern as directed, including diagonals, inlays, borders, margins in two or more colours / shades, designs / patterns of stone slabs, set and bedded with grey cement [slurry] and jointed and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the Granite Slabs laid over and including backing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M & L for Hardcore of gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stone or boulders complete all as directed.

M & L for Moorum /red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exc 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 40mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floors, and finishing the surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete work in pavement / hard standing of flexural strength 40 kg/Sqcm in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25cm or less complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ for thickness of slab 250mm complete all as directed

M & L for cleaning by complete removal of filled materials form existing construction joints of 30mm deep and 10 to 12mm wide and filled with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ for thickness of slab not exc 250mm complete all as directed

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as directed

M & L for providing Precast RCC 1:2:4, Type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Landings, Cover Slabs [for manholes etc], Chullah Hoods, Chajjas, Water Troughs, Mangers, Shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of existing cement concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted Steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II [E/M Works]: M & L for sub main wiring with 2 runs of single core 1100 volts grade, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable of size 2.5 Sqmm, drawn through and including 20mm dia concealed PVC conduit and conduit accessories including provision of 1 run of 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor including taking down old sub main wiring complete all as specified and directed. [NOTE: 3 runs of 2.5 Sqmm copper wire and 1 run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.]

M & L for sub main wiring with 2 runs of single core 1100 volts grade, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm, drawn through and including 20mm dia concealed PVC conduit and conduit accessories including provision of 1 run of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor including taking down old sub main wiring complete all as specified and directed. [NOTE: 3 runs of 1.5 Sqmm copper wire and 1 run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.]
