Dismantling of floor hearth of wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing and removing tile to store yard and rubbish of the premises.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) joint less area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exc. 0.18 sqm in floors/skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or colour cement to match the surface over screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid in any motar complete all as specified

M&L for 18-20mm thick udaipur green stone slab as in shelves over cooking platform, machine cut bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of udiapur green stone including grinding and polishing laid over 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1 : 6, including bull nosing of edges and gas pipe hole upto bottom of slab complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs UPVC floor trap with PVC grating suitable for 75 mm external dia, type-3 pipes, ISI marked complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall including racking cut joints hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete as directed.

Description complete all as per item no 9 here in before but on soffits of slabs/chajja/sunshaded etc.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair face of brick walls or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair face of brick walls or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound (WPC) @ of 2% by weight of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note: WPC will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of this schedule

M&L for 5mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 in the soffits of slabs/ chajjas/ sunshade etc. and finishing the surface even and smooth wihtout using extra cement complete all as specified.

Supply only integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer of approved shade/tint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of OBD over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling as directed.

Demolition of PCC(Unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n. exc 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type Bo using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finish even and fair without using extra cement complete all as directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/path laid in bays including finishing the concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note : -The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for : (a) Providing the concrete in alternate bays n. exc 3 Mtr length. (b) Providing 12mm wide and 50mm deep joints between the bays shall be provided between the bays which shall be filled with mastic filling with hot bitumen 85/25 and 1 : 2 mix by volume etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in fins, facia, luveres, parapet and railing exc. 60cm etc. in height and like, complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to fins, louvers, fascia etc. complete all as specified and for similar items including edges.

Taking down chowkhats or frame not exceeding 1.5 sqm each with shutter(s) (without taking off shutters from the frame), including removing from site and making good the disturbed surface as per original (except filling of hold fast concrete),complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter only area exc 1.00 sqm but not exceeding 2 sqm each & removing to store complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frame exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm each with shutter(s) (without taking off shutters from the frame ) including removing from site and making good the disturbed surface as per orginal (except filling of hold fast concrete) complete all as specified and directed.

S& F factory made box type steel windows , double shutter ( glazed and wire gauzed ) with side hung shutters including box type hinges , steel handles fabricated type for each leaf duly welded , mild steel barrel tower bolts , 150mm long ( two nos for each leaf ) duly welded, complete with glazing bars dovetailed or welded including MS filets , including provision and welding of guard bars including one shop coat of ref oxide primer over windows , frame and guard bars complete all as specified and directed . Note :- (i) Glazing and wire cloth shall be measured and paid separately as supply and fixing and guard bars shall be measured and paid separately (ii) The term double shutter stated is meant for providing glaze shutter as well as wire gauze shutter on out side and inside of the frame respectively.

S & F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails, M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel heaving a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width suck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S frame welded/ sealed to the stiles, & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

Material and labour for roughing surfaces of roof completely and applying cement slurry with 3.00 Kg/ Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm crushed stone graded aggregate laid over roof slab as in padding to make good the depressions, roof kerbs, benching and the like all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick brick tiles laid and bedded in cement mortar 1:6, 15mm thick and joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% or crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified Polymeric memberane over roof consisting of first course of 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surface using WPC @ 2% (or as per manufacturer instructions) by weight of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement, second course ie. surface shall be thoroughly wire brush, cleaned , washed, dried up properly and apply evenly a bitumen primer conforming to IS 3488@ 0.30 ltr per sqm, 3rd course of roofing membrane APP modified Polymeric membrane 3.0 mm thick of 3.60 Kg/ sqm weight consisting of five layers prefabricated with centre core of 160gms/Sqm polyster non woven fabric mat sandwiched on both sides with polymeric mix and the polymeric mix is protected on both side with 20 micron HMHDPE film before and after laying membrane laid by torch application side overlap of 75 mm and over lap of 100 mm longitudinally, At the junction of roof and parapet wall a grove of 20 x 20 mm shall be made at the height of 100 mm and membrane shall be inserted and sealed with bituminous mastic joints/overlap shall be sealed with hot bitumen 85/25, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid specerately under relevant item of this schedule.

Supply and fixing in repair for small fitting of 2nd class hard wood such as doors & windows stop, cleat, including all necessary labour article not exceeding 200 Cucm each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair butt hinge medium weight cold rolled MS size 50mm complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L carrying out water proofing treatment of sunken floor as under :- (i) The concrete/ wall surfaces shall be cleaned thoroughly of all laitance, loose particles, dust, grease etc and any friable, unsound area shall be chipped, cleaned and there after pre-welted to a saturated surfaces dried conditions. (ii) In case of pot holes/ superficial cracks found, the same shall be repaired with polymer modified mortar 1:3 (1 cement and 3 coarse sand) using Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP 301/Sikka Latex or equivalent in Asian paints/ Fosroc as admixture @ 10% of cement content and the same shall be applied on vertical area after removing of plaster upto 2 feet height (iii) On the prepared surface, apply a primer coat of Sika Latex/Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP 301 or equivalent in Asian paints/ Fosroc modified cement slurry 1:4:8 (1 admixture : 4 water : 8 cement), after pre-wetting the substrate @ 2kg/sqm. (iv) The surfaces thus prepared shall be Dampen upto saturation and apply two coats of Sika Top Seal 107 or equivalent in Dr. Fixit Pidilite/ Asian paints/ Fosroc, acrylic modified waterproofing coating on the entire area @1.5kg/sqm (each coat). Second coat shall be applied after 6-8 hrs of fist coat and in the direction right angle to the previous coat. The water proofing coating should be taken to a vertical height of minimum 600 mm above. (v) Apply open woven glass fibre mesh of Sika Fab 1 or equivalent in Dr. Fixit Pidilite/ Asian paints/ Fosroc, 150mm wide strip over the PCC benching (Gola) whilst the first coat is wet and then apply second coat. Cure the hydrosent application (minimum 6-8 hrs drying ) for a minimum of 3 to 5 days. (vi) Apply a protection layer of 10 mm thick plaster made of 1:4 cement sand mortar admixed with integral waterproofing compound Sika Plastocrete Plus/Dr. Fixit Pidilite LW Plus or equivalent in Asian Paints/Fosroc @200ml/Bag of cement, over the applied waterproofing coating. Note: The rate include the cost of demolition of existing floor , sub base , PCC / hard core filled under floor , removal of debris , removal & replacement of damage CI/ PVC pipes , floor , Nahani traps complete all as specified and directed .

M & L PCC1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor in any position and in any thicknes, complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in Charge

S & F Mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over, cut to length , bent to shape required , including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

Description complete all as per item no 103 here in before but 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

S & F in repair 300mm mild steel ordinary rat rod pattern spring including roller and roller plate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparing old surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint including repairing with JK/ Birla white putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old surface of walls and applying two coats of OBD of approved shade/tint including repairing with JK/ Birla white putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old surface of ceiling and applying two coats of white washing of approved shade/tint including repairing with JK/Birla white putty complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with out and mitred beads for securing glass etc, sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section8, clause 8.24 (a), supplied and fitted to chowkats.

S&F in repairs 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pain.

S&F in repairs stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.14mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old steel surfaces and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

M& L for water proofing coating by brush , of cement slurry mixed with Dr Fixit URP SBR latex or shall SBR Latex of STP Limited or Nitobond SBR latex of fostoc mixed at the rate as per respective manufacture per bag of cement on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces area coverage as per manufacture’s instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for repair to steel windows including fastening , welding , proper easing and fitting/ fixtures complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MS work as in guard bar welded to window frame conforming FE-290 grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed

M & L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional anti termite treatment along with external wall below concrete or masonary apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litre per linear meter including drilling and plugging holes etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ 1.0 ltr/ hole, 300mm c/c including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 to match the existing floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion at point of contact with wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and as directed.

E & M WORKS

Taking down carefully point wiring any type (light, fan socket or power) complete including switches, pendants DBs, sockets etc. unscrewing from boards/outletDBs/ fittings such as switches, sockets, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings bulkhead fittings, sketch fittings, tube light fittings, fan regulator, electric meters, meter box any type etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge, and making good to the disturbed surfaces by plstering and two coat of distamper. All the removed material to be desposited to AGE E/M store yard if not credited. Note: The removed ceiling fan, exaust fan Geyser or any Electrical items removed by contractor during working the same will be fixed by the contractor in working condition and the rate shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
