The offer should be submitted online in the prescribed form as per “TWO ENVELOPE SYSTEM ONLY”.

SBM (G),Ta. Gir Gadhda, District, Gir Somnath Bids not submitted online will not be entertained.

It is mandatory to write the tender ID, name of the project and names of work on the cover of the tender.

The offers of the Bidders qualifying technically are only eligible for opening of envelope no.2. Commercial

bid (Envelope No.2) will be opened in the presence of Tender Opening Committee at a date which will be

notified as above.

Details of security Deposit:-

After opening of Commercial bid, qualified Bidder whose over all rates are lowest will submit the

security deposit within 10 days or the instruction given by the Taluka Development Officer (It is 5 % of

estimated cost and it is deposited in the form of FDR (Nationalized Bank) pledged in favor “NIRMAL

GUJARAT GIR SOM TDO GIR GADHADA”

Detail of Compulsory Documents required for cover “A”:

(1) Government Registration Certificate of Approved Contractor (E1 and above)

(2) Valid Recent Bank Solvency Certificate (20% of E.C.V.)

(4) Demand Draft/FDR of E.M.D. &Tender fee Of DD (Exemption Certificate Allowed.)

(5) Last three Financial year’s Income tax return (FY:2023-24,2024-25,2025-26)

(6) Experience Certificate of Government Works. (The bidder must have experience of

Civil/Mechanical/fabrication/waste water treatment plant work will be preferred. The 3A

/ completion certificates of Government or Semi –Government Body or Private body for

similar nature of works showing actual work done amount and work completion date shall

be duly signed by concerned authority.

(7) Submit Affidavit of Currant Months Magistrate or Notary(STAMP RS.300)(The government

work does not have left unfinished and Approved contract firm does not come in blacklist)
