1 Complete Repair of the Air conditioning AHU installed at Zero level in Emergency Block and allied works of GMCH Jammu by way of disconnecting the electrical connections of the unit. The job includes chemical cleaning of cooling coil, spraying chemical cleaner over the indoor unit coil surface and outdoor units coil surface by using jet cleaner pump on both sides of coil for at least 20 minutes and then spraying the coil with fresh water till the foam goes away or till the. chemical is washed off and the cleaning process is repeated till the fins and cooling coil are totally cleaned. The job includes vaccum cleaning of the whole duct line installed in the Zeo level of Emergency Block so that it is infection and bacteria free. The job also includes repair of the burnt motor 7.5 Hp capacity- 01 No of the Air Handling unit by sending to workshop for rewinding with superior copper col along with replacement of armature anf bearing.. The job also includes Removing of the blower assembly from its installed position and extracting the blower and damaged central main shaft along with bearing. Replacing the damaged shaft with new one as per sample along with bearing and its rubber. Extracting the damaged bearing of the blower and providing and fitting of new bearing as per sample and the fixing the blower assembly in the AHU body along with new shaft and repaired motor. The job includes replacement of worn out pulleys- 02 No’s of the motor and blower with new ones as per the sample and also replacement of both v belts. Then aligning both the pulleys by adjusting the foundation bolts of the motor so that motor aligns with the blower pulley..The job also includes replacement V belts. The job includes repair of the damaged doors of the AHU by sending them to workshop and new GI sheet is fixed on them so that they make air tight joint when fitted on the AHU body and air loss is prevented. Complete job includes cost of Material ,.labour , transportation and all types of taxes etc. job Excess(+) Full Conversion INR

2 The Job also includes Repair of the Control Panel of the AHU by disconnecting the incoming main power supply and replacing the damaged parts I,e, MCCB 100 Amperes 01 No, Timer 01 No's, Single phase provider 01 No, Contactors 03 No's, Terminal strips 04 No's with new ones. The job also includes replacement of all the internal wiring of the panel and thimbles and replacement of the damaged 10 mm 3.5 core cable 20 metres approximately and connecting back the main power supply.
