Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators. sockets etc to be measured separately) and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls. floors etc to match with the existing all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1. 5 Sqmm PVC insulated (FRLSH) sheathed multistranded single core copper conductor cable in PVC casing and caping of suitable size and including 2mm thick MS sheet pressed terminal box (concealed) with 3mm thick laminated hylam top cover/sunken box with modular cover plate/PVC box as per requirement at site including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated (FRLSH) multistranded copper conductor earth continuity wire for one light/fan point controlled by one 5 Amp switch on independent board all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Red/yellow/blue coloured cable shall be used for live connection, black coloured cable shall be used for neutral connection and green coloured cable shall be used for earthing. Separate cable for earthing and neutral to be used for each individual circuit from the distribution board.

All as per item No.2 above, but one bell point controlled by one bell push on independent board.

Note : (i) Five runs of 10 Sqmm PVC cable and one run of PVC casing and caping will be measured as one unit length.(ii) The wiring shall be done in proper colour coding using red, yellow and blue for phase, black for neutral and green for earth leads.

Material and labour including transportion of tools for rectification of urgent nature electrical complaints like checking of electrical items for continuous electric supply including carrying out minor repairs such as changing of MCBs, small pieces of wires including connections etc, carrying out repairs such as tightening of loosen electric connections, nuts, bolts, screws of switches, sockets, switch boards, making joints and covering with PVC tape, monor repairs to ceiling fans/exhaust fans like replacement of capacitors, cleaning and oiling etc as required to make the electrical items/appliances fully functional at Ellison avenue, Sanjivani hospital, Shopping complex, SNCO mess area, NSRY area during off hours (1700 hrs evening to 0900 hrs morning) on all working days all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes:- 1. Materials incorporated for completion of the work will be measured and paid separately under relevant items. 2. The contractor should display contract number at complaint cell to register complaints by the users. 3. A recovery of Rs.400/- per complaint will be levied from the contractor on failure in attending the complaint within the stipulated time.
