Supply, erection and commissioning of LT Pump control panel in RPH at FACT-CD, Ambalamedu.
Fabrication and supply of 250 kW VFD panel as per the attached data sheet no -FACT-CD-RPH-VFD-2022. Item No: 2.0, 3.0,4.0 and 5.0 in data sheet are supplied by FACT free of cost and all other items required for panel fabrication are under contractor scope. The transportation of material from FACT cochin Division to Contractor work premises is under contractor scope. Panel fabricator have a freedom to relocate the electrics inside panel suitably for safe busbar arrangements and small dimensional change in panel for better cooling from scheme supplied along with this tender (DRG: No: VFD0622). Scheme and drawing will be send to FACT for approval before starting fabrication work. 3 copies of as built drawing shall be supplied along with panel supply.
Erection, testing and commissioning of the above item. The scope of work includes transportation of the fabricated panel from contractors work premises to reservoiur pump house, erection of panel using 12 mm bolts & nuts and as per engineer -in- charge instructions, clamping, glanding and termination of all incoming and outgoing cables. Suitable cable sockets shall be used to terminate the cable in termination points and tied neatly inside the panel.Drive manufacturer provide support for drive parametrization. All other test and connections are under contractor scope for the successful commissioning of the pump control panel.
