Materials and labour for, rendering 15 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:6) on surface other than fair face of brickwork or concrete wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, preparation of old painted surface on walls and applying one coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm, including filling of cracks or holes on wall with wall care putty, at a height not exceeding 10 metres above floor level, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, preparation of old painted surface on walls and applying one coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm, including filling of cracks or holes on wall with wall care putty, at a height exceeding 10 metres but not exceeding 20 metres above floor level, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/ litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.90 litre/ 10 sqm on walls complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (Applicable for BOQ Serial item Nos 2.00 to 4.00) (i) Painting shall be done in camouflage pattern as per existing shade(s) and pattern(s). (ii) The contractor shall furnish guarantee for the exterior acrylic emulsion paint and shall be responsible for effectiveness of the UV resistance, alkali and fungal resistance and dirt resistance of the painted areas during the guarantee period. (ii) Suitable arrangements as MES safety Code shall be made by the contractor and the cost shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.
