Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including all fittings and fixtures such as switches, pendant, lamp holder, socket outlet, etc and removing unserviceable materials from site of work and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors with cement mortar and white/colour wash to match with existing surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and including medium grade, ISI marked, PVC conduit not less than 20 mm dia with accessories, concealed on wall/ceiling surfaces and including provision of 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade, ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly with suitable size of lugs, including mild steel sunken box or pressed steel terminal boxes modular type of size/modules as required at site with earth dolly (boxes shall be galvanised or painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally) including provision of new covered plate over sunken box for housing the modular switches , modular socket outlets,modular fan regulators etc. for one light/fan/exhaust fan/bell point controlled by one way switch, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- a) .All chases will be cut by chase cutter only b) Switch, socket outlet and fan regulators to be measured and paid for separately .

Supply and fixing in repair, LED surface mounted bulk head luminaries 8-10 watt with min 800 lumen, industrial model, IP 65, aluminium housing, surge protection including driver and LED lamp, etc. complete with all accessories, connecting with copper conductor flexible cable from ceiling rose to connector of the light complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fixing in repair, 9/12 watt LED light fitting wall mounting fixture (sketch type) including B-22 LED lamp compact and energy efficient epoxy powder coated luminaire and connecting with copper conductor flexible cable from ceiling rose to connector of the light complete including removing unserviceable light fittings complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fixing in repair, LED Bldg Security Light Fittings of capacity 20 -25 watt made up of die cast aluminium housing with black epoxy powder coating with cover heat resistance glass safety input voltage range 170 to 270 volts, industrial model with IP-65 protection and other connected accessories including electronic driver and making electrical connection, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fixing in repair, service bracket of mild steel pipe 25 mm bore medium grade of length 0.70 mtr fixed to wall with two clamps made of 20 x 3 mm mild steel flat minimum 15cm long, 4 nos 8mm dia bolts with nuts and washer and suitable reducer for connecting fitting to GI pipe as required at site including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on mild steel work complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing LED Flood lights, 100 watt, IP-66, aluminum die cast housing with unique lens system and toughened glass with gasket 240 volt, 50Hz, AC supply complete with all accessories internally pre wired including connecting with flexible copper conductor to connector of the light with necessary fixing arrangements, including disconnecting and taking down existing old unserviceable fitting complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe 1100 volts grade heavy duty 2 core, 10 sq mm nominal cross section cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor multistranded served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection, including disconnecting and taking down old U/S existing cable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanised earth wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron.Earth wire protected by GI pipe 15mm bore(medium grade) and connected to earthing test point as directed and as specified and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including necessary concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 40 cm x 40cm x 5cm reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15cm c/c both ways with one handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia bar, funnel, wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing as in repair complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and earth testing on completion .
