REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF UNSV PARTS OF DESERT COOLERS, REFRIGERATORS WATER COOLER, AIR CONDITIONERS, PACKAGE TYPE AC PLANT AND FORCED VENTILATOR AND ALLIED WORKS AT RAIWALA UNDER AGE (I) RAIWALA

Labour only for servicing of desert cooler of any size comprising of following task at different locations at different establishment of Raiwala Military camp units complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge (a) Disconnection of electric supply and taking down desert cooler from existing location and refixing after servicing with greasing oiling complete (b) De- scaling brushing cleaning of bottom tank and and painting internally with one coat of synthetic enamel paint (c) Examine water leaking of storage tank if found leakage rectify the leakage with suitable sealent material (d) Check & Examine serviceability of all item of desert cooler i.e Fan motor, pump regulator, fan blades rectify defects of minor nature (e) Testing of desert cooler after repair / servicing and fixing position (f) Replacing defected minor spare parts like Front grill(plastic)/Front grill (Metallic) of best quality etc. (NOTE :- (a) All T & P and labour team required comprising of Nos of trained electricians & helpers will be provided by the contractor daily as directed. (b) Cost of minor stores such as screws,clamps,insulation tapes,nuts/bolts, nail of required size etc shall be deemed included in the rate of quoted item. (c) Any part need to be replacement will be measured and paid separately as per respective item of schedule mentioned as supply only)
