COMMISSIONING OF RADAR AND SERVO GAUGES ON TANK 07: 1. Commissioning /Fine tuning of Radar + MST + TSI along with upload of calibration chart for TK-07 in CIU along with dip, volume, temp/water dip & other parameters like H, HH, L, LL configuration in ENTIS PRO software. All modbus registers from CIU to be passed onto Chemtrol system through its Siemens PLC. Final dip to be matched with physical dip data provided by our Ops team. HHH to be set at pre defined level which will be provided by our Ops team. This relay output to be tested using configuration software. 2. Commissioning /Fine tuning of Servo + TSI along with upload of calibration chart for TK-07 in CIU along with dip, volume, density (average) & other parameters like H, HH, L, LL configuration in ENTIS PRO software. All modbus registers from CIU to be passed onto Chemtrol system through its Siemens PLC. Final dipo to be matched with physical dip data provided by our Ops team.
