Providing & laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-15 grade cement concrete using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering centering and finishing including admixtures in recommended proportions as IS: 9103 to accerlerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge in foundation & plinth.(Note:- Cement concrete considered in this item is @240 kg/cum)

Providing and fixing PVC pipe weep holes 4” dia Spacing 1500 mm c/c with perforated end cap.

Suttering for faces with steel shuttering of concrete foundation and foundation beams (vertical & battering).

Centering and Shuttering with steel shuttering for faces of walls, partition, retaining walls, well steining and the like (vertical or battering) including attached pilasters, buttresses etc.

Providing lowering, cutting, jointing and testing RCC pipe Class NP-3 as per IS-458-2003 which spigot & socketted joints manufactured with ISI marked sulphate resistance cement as per ISI 12330 with rubber rings ISI marked , for all depths and laying out the same to correct alignment, gridients and levels including dressing and trimming and cutting of concrete beds and sides of trenches, if required, jointing with rubber rings in trenches and jointing with 1:1 1/2 cement sand mortar and with end dowels filled with 1: 1 1/2 cement sand mortar and finishing the joints at an angle 45 degrees with faces of spigot of socket joints cutting and finishing the cut surface to a uniform finish etc as fully described in HSR item no. 29.38, 29.44, 29.45 & 29.46 including cartage loading and unloading complete in all respect.internal dia 1200 mm Dia.

Steel reinforcement TMT Bars FE-500 EQR/FE-500 D grade or more for RCC work where no included in the complete rate of RCC including strainghtening, bending binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steeel wire etc and placing in position complete in all respect for all heights/ depths/ storeys/ basements etc. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, seperately for different diameters as actually used in work, excluding overlaps, wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods for binding and placing shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement

Cement concrete 1:3:6 with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size in foundation and plinth

Providing and laying 80 mm thick ISI Marked inter locking paver block (conforming to IS 15658 2006) IRC SP- 63-2004 of all shape and color in design mix cement M 40 over a bed of 30 mm thick fine sand complete in all respect.

Factory manufactured solid flush door shutter 40 mm thick with block board core as per I.S No. 1659-1969 bonded with water proof type phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin, hot pressed, conforming to I.S. 2202 part I and II, fixed in position , including iron hinges, screws, chocks/cleats and stops etc. (excluding the cost of anythings, other than specifioed above, but including labour for fixing the same in position)- commercial veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneer on both sides commercial facing with laminated core and lipped edges:-

Providing and fixing vetrified tiles 600 mm x 600 mm of approved make in flooring laid in any parttern as specofied over base of 20mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade to tiles. Note: Tile shall be premium quality (first quality) of reputed manufactured like NITCO, KAJA-RIA, SOMANI, ORIENT, JOHNSONS & RAKS.

Wrought iron and mild steel (using angles, flats, squares bars, tees and channels) ladders, frills, grating frames, window guards, iron doors open able or fixed stair case or parapet or any other type of railing, gates and trees guards etc. including cost of screws and welding rods or bolts and nuts complete fixed in position.

Lowering, cutting, jointing and testing of 1200 mm dia class NP3 old RCC pipes for all depths and laying out the same to correct alignment, gridients and levels including dressing and trimming and cutting of concrete beds and sides of trenches, if required, jointing with rubber rings in trenches and jointing with 1:1 1/2 cement sand mortar and with end dowels filled with 1: 1 1/2 cement sand mortar and finishing the joints at an angle 45 degrees with faces of spigot of socket joints cutting and finishing the cut surface to a uniform finish etc including taking out/rehandling/shifting the RCC pipe from old reach/section to new reach/section.
