Repair/replacement of internal wiring and connected works of OTM accn in Lower Garrison at Yol Mil Stn

Taking down carefully the existing aluminium/copper point wiring of any size and capacity and type by disconnecting from the either terminals complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, fan regulators, lamp holders, call bell, bell pushes any type etc by unscrewing and taken away from site, complete and make good the disturbed surface as existing, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down sheet metal enclosure DBs, main switch board etc and making good distrubed surface to match with existing surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (Nominal Area) FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade, in and including concealed PVC conduit (ISI marked) with accessories such as bends, cross, elbow, tees etc. of suitable size including concealed MS pressed steel (Modular sunken box) terminal box not less than 1.6 mm thick for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc and Modular cover plate as top cover (ISI marked) including continuous earth wire FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) copper multistranded conductor, 1100 Volts grade, connecting to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified for one light point/Exhaust fan point controlled by one switch, complete all as specified and directed. Note : i)Wiring Colour code i.e. Red/Yellow/Blue for Phase, Black for neutral and Green for earth shall be maintained. ii) Rate of cutting chases, cement plaster, white wash and making surface good as existing surface included in quoted rate. iii) Point wiring is considered for Modular Switches and sockets. Rate of Metallic Sunken box and modular sheet cover plate and other connected accessories required for modular point wiring included in quoted rate. iv) Rate of modular switch and sockets will be paid seperately under relevant item.

All as per item No 3 above but for 3 pin 5 Amp socket outlet on independant board with 1.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade FRLS PVC insulated sheathed cable with FRLS PVC 2.5 Sqmm multi standard insulated unsheathed copper wire for continuos earth on independent board, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 3 above but for 3 pin 5 Amp socket outlet on same board with 1.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade FRLS PVC insulated sheathed cable with FRLS PVC 2.5 Sqmm multi standard insulated unsheathed copper wire for continuos earth on independent board, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 3 above but for one light point controlled by two 2-way switches, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 3 above but for 3 pin 15 Amp socket outlet on independant board with 1.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade FRLS PVC insulated sheathed cable with FRLS PVC 2.5 Sqmm multi standard insulated unsheathed copper wire for continuos earth on independent board, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (Nominal Area) FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade, in and including PVC casing capping/conduit (ISI marked) with accessories such as bends, cross, elbow, tees etc. of suitable size including PVC junction box /MS pressed steel cadmium plated terminal box not less than 1.6 mm thick for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc and 3 mm thick laminated hylam sheet top cover (ISI marked) including continuous earth wire FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) copper multistranded conductor, 1100 Volts grade, connecting to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified for one light point/ fan point controlled by one switch, complete all as specified and directed.
