RequiredMaximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last 10 years updated Price levels taking into account the completed as well as works in progress Annual Turn over report certified by CA - Charted Account for the last 10 financial years (note: only original copy should be attached). CA with UDIN number will only be considered. otherwise rejected.
RequiredThe Contractor who awarded the work should conclude the agreement within the 7 Days of Tender Opening Date otherwise the tender will be cancelled without any information to the agency/Contractor.
RequiredThe payment for the works will be made by the District Colletor concerned or will be released only on receipt of funds by GHMC in respect of CDP works/ SDF work/ CSR works and payment will be processed through respective applications in respect of MPLADS works/ CSS works
RequiredIncome Tax Returns Certificate for the assessment year 2025-26/ITFY2024-25
RequiredThe work is of urgent nature, and the finalized agency/bidder shall commence the work immediately after finalization of the tender and complete the same within (07) days
