Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces, depth not exceeding 50mm but deep and area exceeding 400sqm complete all as specified. all as specified and directed.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal), complete all as specified.

Water bound macaadam 150mm thick (Compacted thickness), in two layers, laid with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63mm to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size),using Granite, trap or Basalt of best quality locally available spread and rolled with 10 to 12 tonnes power roller, consolidated to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified.

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally the cleaned surfaces with power sweeper or compressor to remove all loose dirt etc, applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen @ 10 kg per 10 sq metre of road surface, complete all as specified.

Providing premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with 4% binder content of paving bitumen by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Bituminous macadam shall be mixed in hot mix plant, transported and shall be laid in single layer with self propelled mechanical paver, rolled with vibrator roller.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with power sweeper or compressor to remove all loose dirt etc., applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen at 5 kg per 10 sq metre of road surface, laying bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% bitumen binder content by weight of total mix using as per table 500-15 of Morth, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne vibrator power roller, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be mixed in automatic temperature controlled hot mixing plant, transported and premix carpet shall be laid in single layer with self propelled mechanical paver, rolled with vibrator roller.

Preparing bituminous/concrete surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements using hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 mixed with radium glass beads @ 250gm/ Sqm with special applicator machine to provide reflectivity and night vision (approx temp being 200°C at the time of laying) including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign material complete all as specified. Note:- Road marking lines at the centre of road shall not be continuous, whereas the lines at outer sides of road shall be continuous i.e in one length.

Cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions, complete all as specified.

Metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exc 63 mm deposited ,spread and leveled in layer not exc 15 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed. .

100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in flooring/path/ hardstanding etc, , finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. .

Continuous brick edging; with width equal to the width of the brick, using old size fly ash bricks, laid dry, on edge complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified.

Preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying one coat s of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stonework or precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling ,built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings ,dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and stacking the serviceable materials within 100m and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:4:8 (nominal mix) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Walling of random rubble stone masonry uncoarsed, bedded and soilidly hearted built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item no 19 above but except stone.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on other than fair faces of brick wall or on stone masonry surfaces, trowelled to even and smooth finish without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Deduct Credit Amount as per Schedule of credit as details given on Srl Page No 20 of tender doucments.
