FABRICATION AND ERECTION OF STAINLESS STEEL TANK

Fabrication and erection of stainless steel tank of grade 304 having a capacity of 10.5 Kilo Litre with 3 compartments with a sheet thickness of 3.5mm connected with 3 numbers of ball valves of 3 inch size. The inlet valves(2 number of 3 inch size) should be fitted at rear side of the tank with necessary pipe arrangements. 1 number outlet valve(3 inch size) should be fitted at the side of the tank. Each compartment should fabricate with a capacity of 3.5 Kilo Litre. Inter linking needed for all the 3 compartments. 3 numbers of manholes should be fitted suited to latex type tank with locking arrangements. Climbing ladder, top platform and rear platform are the requirements needed for the tank. One coat primer and 2 coat painting(including lettering) required to meet the safety parameter. 8 numbers of mounting bracket requied to erect the tank to the vehicle chassis.
