Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of galvanized high mast light system of height not less than 16 meter in two sections along with accessories, suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part 3, including GI lantern carriage arrangement suitable for 06 luminaries symmetrically fitted along with their control gear boxes, lighting finial, having two point suspension system with stainless steel wire rope of 6 mm dia 7/19 gauge and double drum winch with both motor and manual operation alongwith luminaries mounting arm, pulley assembly, 01 No twin dome aviation obstruction light (LED type), lightning arrester spike, RCC foundation, foundation nut-bolts, washers, anchor plates, head frame, trailing cable of size 5 core x 2.5 Sqmm (minimum) flexible copper conductor, torque limiter adjustable type, high mast control panel alognwith all necessary swithchgears, integral power tool with reversible option installed inside the base compartment for its operation, complete internal wiring & all other accessories as per OEM complete all as specified in clause 19.23B of SSR part-I (2009) and as directed. Note : Unit rate quoted against this item shall deemed to be inclusive of the following :- (a) Foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates & templates complete set as per OEM. (b) Control panel housing made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet, double door type with slanting canopy suitable for outdoor installation for operation of mast. It shall also consist control for power tool motor with all necessary switchgear and wiring from panel to light fittings with appropriate size copper conductor cable, glands, lugs including proper foundation for panel. (c) Construction of foundation of high mast pole as per manufacturer's instruction. Design mix of RCC for foundation as recommended by OEM shall be done by contractor from lab as specified in particular specification however nothing extra shall be paid to contractor on this account. (d) Drawing of high mast light system along with design mix details shall be submitted by contractor to department for approval before construction. (e) Necessary earth work, concrete & steel work for foundation of High Mast.

Note : The LED flood light and RCC foundation work required for this item will measured and paid seperately under relevant item.

S&F LED flood light fitting of capacity 170 watt, IP-65 (minimum) 5700K with luminous efficacy 100 Lumen/watt (minimum), SPD of capaciity 10 KV, pressure die cast aluminium housing, toughened glass cover, internally prewired and including electrically connecting & all other necessary fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Signify Innovations India Ltd (Formerly Phillips) / Havells / Crompton / Bajaj / Goldmedal Note :- Flood light shall be fixed properly to new high mast light of height not less than 16 m.

Supply & laying LT XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with alumimium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 10 Sqmm x 4 Core, laid in trenches / duct / on pole / wall / floor complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Havells / KEI / Polycab / Gloster

Supply & laying XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, Earthed, grade cross sectional area 185 Sqmm, 3 core, laid in trenches / duct / on pole complete all as specified and directed. M&L cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm for straight through, heat shrink type joint with jointing material and accessories complete all as specified and directed. Make:- 3M / Denson / Raychem

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out all excavated material as in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out all excavated material in hard rock complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick as in existing soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand cushioning with clean and dry sand in trenches for protection of UG cable and including punning down complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Supply & laying sub class 'B', class designation 75 bricks of old size, laid along alignment of cable as protection to cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, of size 300mmx 180mm x 40mm, laid along alignment of cable as protection to cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-25 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground in vertical position (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to earth lead of galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I, connected to earthing test point complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The unit rate shall also include for earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, RCC 1:1.5:3, type A1 cover slab, 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 140 mm C/C both ways, 10 mm dia plain bar lifting handle embedded in cover slab, Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 m length, 20 mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, 40 mm bore GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer etc.

S&F cubical type LT panel board, outdoor type, factory made from CPRI approved factory, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA steel sheet and including MS angle iron 50 x 50 x 6 mm frame work, legs 0.6 m long, MC 100 channel base, totally enclosed, dust & vermin proof using neoprene rubber gasket (IP-54), double leaf door shutter in front side and single leaf shutter in rear side fixed with hinges having necessary locking arrangement in both front and rear door, with four side projected slanting roof, provided with louvers for ventilation / heat dissipation, duly powder coated of approved shade over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally and including mounting on PCC platform made out of PCC 1:3:6, 150 mm thick (100 mm below & 50 mm above GL) all round the panel board and including necessary earth work.
