Providing & Fixing Premium quality Vitrified tiles (Double charged) of size 600*600*10mm in floors with water absorbtion less that 0.08% and conforming to IS 15622 of approved make KAJARIA / Johnson / in all colours and shades laid on 20mm thick cement pigment of MYK laticrete / saint gobaim or its equivalent material to maintain the level including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., and all materials complete all as directed.Complete all as EIC.

Cleaning of floor & wall tiles, comods, Wash basins, taps etc., with Acid or its equivalent material complete all as directed (After completion of cleaning matching grouting putty is applied to entire toilet room tiles is in contractor scope)

Providing Machine Polishing to existing Mosaic Flooring with minimum 4 cuttings mechanically upto required shining as per directions of Engineer Incharge including all required materials etc., complete

Repairing of all kinds of false ceiling, replacing of damaged false ceiling boards including all materials, consumables, labours and hiring charges of machinery and dispose the serviceable material in to disposal section and stack the unserviceable material to a lead of 50mtrs complete all as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Providing and fixing false ceiling with 6 mm thick mineral fiber boards of (Armstrong / USG Boral) of Size 600 x 600 mm of approved texture, design and patterns, to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised powder coated iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 24x38 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 24x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 24x32 mm of length 600mm to formgrid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling usinggalvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grains per sqm) i.e. 12x50 mm long dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L- shape level adjuster of size 76x25x25x1.6 mm fixed with grid and Z cleat of size 25x37x25x1.6mm thick with precut hole on both 25mm flange to pierce into 12x50mm or even bigger size dash fastener if require, fixed with Glavanised iron perimeter wall angle or size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphey wall/ partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 50mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall S.S screws. The workshall be carried out as per specifications complete all as directed.

Providing and fixing 1st quality matt finished vitrified outdoor tile flooring to steps in treads and rises of approved make SOMANI / KAJARIA / CERA /JOHNSON in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc.,, includes the cost of Cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna & Jaypee) etc., (Rate includes chipping of existing floor tiles)complete all as directed.

Providing and fixing 1st quality anti-skid floor tiles in toilets & wash rooms of 10mm thick conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make SOMANI / KAJARIA / CERA /JOHNSON in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., Quoted rate shall be including cost of Cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna, Birla Gold & Jaypee) & all materials complete all as directed. (Rate includes chipping of existing floor tiles)

Providing and fixing 1st quality 10 mm thick (edge cut) Ceramic Glazed tiles of size (300x600mm) Concept tiles in dados conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make SOMANI / KAJARIA / CERA /JOHNSON, in all colours and shades, laid on 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade. Quoted rate shall be including cost of Cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna, Birla Gold & Jaypee) & all materials complete all as directed. (Rate includes chpping of existing old damaged wall tiles and providing one layer of plastering with CM (1:5))

Demolishing of RR / Brick wall in Cement mortar by manually / mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable materials outside HSL premises as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (Non-Modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand) including cost of cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna, Birla Gold & Jaypee) and all materials etc., complete.

Providing 15 mm thick plaster with CM (1:5) to brick/RR walls at all heights etc., including cost of all materials, tools, plant and labour, scaffolding arrangements and curing all as per specifications and directions of the engineer.

Repairing of existing wooden partition by refixing the damaged panels, including all the necessary accessories - screws & fittings etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Repairing & Refixing of damaged work stations , Quoted rate includes all charges.

Replacing of damaged work stations with 19mm thick marine wood plywood sheet for the existing wooden work station includes fixing of sunmica wherever is required including all hardware materials etc.. Quoted rate includes all charges.

Providing and fixing anodized extruded aluminium partitions with door, windows & ventilators (single or double shutter), part pannelled and part glazed with pre-laminated flat pressed 12mm thick particle board (NOVAPAN, ECOBOARD etc) of approved colour & make. Aluminium sections shall be powder coated with approved colour including aluminium powder coated (50 Microns) frame conforming to IS:1948, IS:1949 fabricated from extruded sections of INDAL / JINDAL or approved equivalent make having minimum 2mm wall thickness as per IS:1285, IS:733 and electro color coating of 15 microns thickness. Glazing shall be clear float glass of 5.5mm thickness of approved make SaintGobin / Modifloat including sanp fit type beading, concealed screws, fixtures (like tower bolts, hold fast, handles both sides, door stoppers with rubber shoes, 'L'drops, stays, floor springs, hydralic door closers etc) lokcing arrangement for windows, Godrej make mortice lock with 3 no keys for each door, C.P.brass / staineless steel screws, providing and fixing hinges / pivots, and making provisions for fixing of fittings where ever required including cost of PVC / neoprene gasket fits all complete with necessary fillingup of gaps at the junctions, at top, bottom and sides etc., complete. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required.

Providing Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 nominal mix using 20 mm and down graded crushed granite aggregate including mixing, depositing in position, tampering, finishing, curing including all materials & labour etc., complete all as directed.

Supply and providing HYSD bar reinforcement of Fe-500 grade of approved make SAIL / RINL / TISCO including transportation, straightning, cutting, bending and binding with annealed binding wire of 18 gauge (1.22mm dia) complete all labour and material etc., complete all as directed

Provide and place in position Micro concrete (M-40) which shall be cement based prepacked component such as Rendrock - RG of fosroc make or equivalent mixed with 6mm size coarse aggregate in specified percentage by weight subjecting to the maximum of 50% as dtrected by the engineer incharge including mixing with suitable and approved mixing machine, pumping of concrete under pressure where ever required to ensure that the concrete laid for encasement is dense, properly compacted, free from honey combs, and necessary scafolding as directed by the engineer in charge. (Work shall be carried out at a level of 0.0M to 18.0M from Ground level)

Chip unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns of thickness varies 25mm to 75mm with standard power driven percusision type or pneumatic chiesel of standard make as directed by engineer incharge including tappering all edges, making square shoulders of cavities etc., complete and disposal of debris outside HSL Premises and all lifts and all as specified and directed by engineer including necessary scaffolding etc.,

Providing modified polymer mortar with cement sand ratio in 1:3 using Nito-bond SBR @ 7 Lits per Bag of cement, average thickness of 20 mm over the primed surface using Nito-Bond SBR in 1:1:3 by volume (SBR:Water:Cement) with necessary scaffolding arrangements etc. including cleaning of rest on reinforcement and application of nito zinc primer of fosroc make etc., complete

Removal of old door shutter with frame without any damage and same has been fixed in position after repairing complete all as directed. (Cutting of holes, hold fasts and PCC 1:2:4 concrete is in contractor scope)

Providing Two(2) coats of white washing with suryacem / Hitech gold to ceiling surfaces after through scrapping, sand papering and cleaning the surface to give even shade etc., complete all as directed. (Rate includes scrapping of old surface by manually with sand paper etc.,)

Providing two(2) coats of synthetic enamel paint for doors and windows etc., (after removing the rust by using wire brush or sand paper if required) of approved brand (Asian / Berger / Nerolac) and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on old work including applying wood putty / metallic putty and prime coat complete all as directed

Applying two or more coats of french sprit polish of approved brands including a coat of wood filler on old wooden surface after thourough cleaning and preparation of surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Applying two coats of putty of approved brands birla / JK to internal walls surfaces including applying suitable primer on old wall surface thourough scrapping and preparation. Putty shall be finished till a smooth and even surface is achieved. (Rate includes removal of old paint with Buffing machine)

Apply two coats of premium quality arcylic Interior emulsion paint over a one coat of primer, reqired shade to wall surfaces from approved brands Asian paints (Royal shine), Berger (silky luxury) where ever specified by Engineer including necessary scaffolding etc., complete. (Rate includes removal of old paint with Buffing machine)

Apply two coats of premium quality weather proofing arcylic Exterior emulsion paint over a one coat of primer, reqired shade to wall surfaces from approved brands Asian paints (Royal shine), Berger (silky luxury) where ever specified by Engineer after through scrapping & cleaning of old surface including necessary scaffolding etc., complete. (Rate includes scrapping of old surface by mechanically)

Supply and Fix the fabric vertical venetian blinds of approved make Jacobs / Vista including connected extruded aluminium head rails and all accesories etc., complete

Disposal of debris, surplus excavated earth, wooden scrap and RCC/PCC material etc disposal off the same from HSL to the private dumping yard up to 20km lead (not to dump in HSL colony dumping area & surronding areas) it is the responsibility of the firm to ensure no objection shall be raised by muncipal authorties /from any body .If any dispute arises the agency has to sort out at their own risk.complete all as directed.

Supply of 110 mm dia UPVC (SWR) rain water downtake pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382,leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion including fixing of clamps, bends, shoes (sudhakar/supreme/ prince make) complete

Cleaning of 110 mm / 4 Inch dia rain water downtake pipes with chemical, including clamps, bends, shoes and required drain traps/ filters complete

Removal of existing damaged pipe lines upto 150 mm dia pipe with fittings and clamps including stacking the material within 50 metres lead and handover the serviceable material to Disposal section.
