Supply and fix MS cable support structure made with ISA 75x75x8mm grouted to gallery wall with stainless steel fastner bolt of dia not less than 16 mm at interval of 300 mm fixing of cross support with SS nuts and bolts not less than 16 mm dia,painting the MS structure with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete including taking out old UNSV cable support structure from the jetty gallary complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling taking out LT/HT cable from cable rack/floor of sub station for repair/replacement of wornout steel cable rack or for realingnmet of cable and refixing the cables with proper staking with proper alignment of cable and refixing the cables properly on repaired/existing rack and making feeder wise bundle of cable using PVC cable tie for sizes of cable 3.0/3.5 core 95 sqmm to 185 sqmm 11000/1100 volt grade complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Each cable shall be measured separately. Steel cable rack shall be measured separately as supply and fix

Material and labour for new XLPE LT 1.1 KV straight through jointing kit heat shrinkable type for XLPE LT 1.1 KV under ground cable 3.5 core armoured aluminium conductor cable after crimping ferrules, taping incuding termination, testing and commissioning the cable for the 150 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm 3.5 core sizes complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 6.00 above but for 240 to 400 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling taking out dead/defective cable of any 95 sqmm 400 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old and supply, laying and connecting up through surface/wall/duct cable of XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with straded aluminium conductor of size 400 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable battery charger from the battery bank, supply & fix new DC battery charger of capacity 200AH, 110V/30 Amps FCBD with DCDB suitable for 110V, 200AH, (VRLA) battery complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Amara Raja only.

Disconneting and taking down old damaged lead acid batteries from various sub-stations and supply & fix new maintenance free (VRLA) 2Volts, 200AH, batteries united/ fixed together with copper strips by series connection to make a battery bank of 110 V with initial charging and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Amara Raja only Note : Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for providing necessary battery connection links and control wiring from charger to HT panels.

M&L for painting of outer surface of multiple section of complete VCB panel 11 Kv size up to 2 m x 1.8 mX 0.8m in one substation using one coat of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of surface, providing protection cover to all metering equipment, panel meters, switchgears, cleaning of all meters and switch gears complete all as specified and as directed.
