Appendix-A-Renovation of Park

2.8.1:Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.All kinds of soil

4.1.8:Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

10.28:Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.)

11.20.1:Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand).Light shade pigment using white cement

50.6.2.1:Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks (Factory made) of size 30x20x15 cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part I of 1979 for foundation and plinth with thickness 15cm in: CM 1:6 ( 1 cement :6 coarse sand) etc complete

OD234196/2025-2026:Dry rubble without concrete levelling course masonry with good quality blasted rubble including packing to compactness to lines and levels cost and conveyance of all materials labouretc complete as per direction of Departmental officers at site.

13.1.1:12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

8.2.3.2:Granite stone slab of all colour and texture except black, Cherry / Ruby redArea of slab over 0.50 sqm

13.61.1:Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work

10.1:Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

50.12.2.4:Providing & fixing Poly carbonate multi wall plain sheet 6 mm thick as approved by the Engineer in charge and should be supplied in a single length of 12m or as decide by the Engineer in charge. The sheets shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screw of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal complete upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical curved surfaces, but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses, and including cutting to size and shapes where ever required.

OD400327/2025-2026:Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:6(1cement,6coarse sand)with hard stone in foundation and plinth as per direction of engineer in charge at site

14.1.1:Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead:With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : fine sand)

OD264739/2025-2026:Providing and fixing Aluminium profile sheet(size,shape and pitch of corugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge).460mm or nearest available thickness.The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x55mm)with EPDM seal,complete upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces,excluding the cost of purlins,rafters and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.OD71/21-22(Approved data vide CE circular dated 18.08.2016)
