Supply, delivery and dosing of poly Alluminium Chlorine (PAC) in Liqued state to Head Water Works in RMC for a one year April to MArch (2026-27)

Treatment of Raw (River) Water with ISI grade 10% Poly Alumi Chloride (PAC) strength of AL2O3 at Head Waer works. The clarifier water shall be maintained turbidity of less than 3 NTU and pH of treated water should be maintained between 7.2 to 7.6 variation is allowed +/-0.1 on river pH including supply of PAC solution in containers and dosaging to raw water and testing of Raw water and treated water, and submission of Bi-hourly analysis report of the filtration plants of raw water, turbidity in NTU and pH and also supply water. To aim at increasing filtration period and less water is to be used for back washing. Alternative chemicals should be kept in reserve stock. The scope of work Includes: 1) Supply the chemical to Head Water works. 2) unloading the Chemical from the tanker to storage tank. 3) Loading the chemical to the day tanks of the filtration plants. 4)conducting jar test of the Raw Water. 5)Addition of calculated chemical to the flash mixers. 6)Testing of turbidity and pH of clarifiers over flow water and filter bed & discharge.
