Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises from MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid, joint free, coloured ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick (Square/Rectunglar), Area of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc 0.11 Sqm. as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the coloured tiles laid with and including over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of any design and pattern, 300x450x 7 to 8mm thick, as in dado etc including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white of coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles. Tiles shall be confirming to IS-15622:2017, Group B III with average water absorption between 10% to 15%. Length, width and straightness of sides + 0.20% (Max deviation). Thickness + 4.0% (Max deviation). Straightness of sides and Rectangularity +0.15% (Max Deviation). surface flatness + 0.22% (Max deviation). Breaking strength 500 N (Minimum) and minimum 95% tiles shall be free from visible defects complete all as specified and directed. Note: Shade of the tiles including Colour, design and pattern shall be got approved by AGE(I)

Demolition of lime/cement concrete (unreinforced) in floors and paving n. exc 15cm thick above ground floor (sunken floor) including picking, sweeping cleaning with wire brush and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt to get surface free of laittance, scales oil, or any other loose material and removing the demolished material outside the MOD land. Complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (PVC/ SGSW/ AC/ RCC pipe) of 75/100 mm bore of pipe, set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints and fixed to wall of following size complete all as specified and as directed :-

S&F in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white, with and including plastic seat and cover, white, closed pattern with flat bottom and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device, (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, anti -syphonage pipe, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC valveless, symphonic action type low level flushing cistern white with inlet ball valve, float and handle including brackets, 10 ltr capacity complete with flush pipe(Long bend) 32mm dia of make as approvrd by GE complete all as specified & directed. MAKE: Prayag Polymers Pvt Ltd, Cat Part No. 504 or equivalent of make as specified in appendix.

M&L for PCC (1:5:10) Type E2 (40 mm graded aggre-gate) as in foundations, sunken portion filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of acrylic polymer modified cementitious flexible waterproof coating on horizontal and vertical surface for sunken floor as per manufacturer direction after base preparation of cleaning, brushing and removal of flaky materials. The coatings shall be applied at intervals and as per the manufacturer’s specifications and approved by Engineer in Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note : Ponding test :- After water proofing coating, ponding test willl be done for ponding for 48 Hrs.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete walls surfaces mixed with SBR latex liquid polymer finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed. Note :- SBR Latex liquid polymer will be paid seperately. (ii) SBR Latex liquid polymer shall be mixed as per manufacture instructions.

Supply only polymer compound for water proofing liquid (ISI Marked) Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm dia GI pipe, medium grade, as in spout pipe, projecting at least 300 mm beyond outer face of wall or as per direction of Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 25mm thick, PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) in bottom of sunken/sub base admixed with liquid WPC and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.Note :- Integral water proofing compound (WPC) will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only 32 mm bore PVC flush pipe low or high density polythene pipe for low level flushing cistern a complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cast iron floor trap 100mm dia with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in PCC (1:2:4) type B1, of following size complete all as specified & directed.

Removal of existing roof treatment i.e APP membrane and open up RCC roof slab including picking, sweeping cleaning with wire brush and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt to get surface free of laitance, scales, oil or any other loose material complete all as specified and directed. Note for all Item of roof treatment :- The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof for double storey. The contractor shall make arrangement of scoffolding, safety & security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof. The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items .

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (20 mm graded stone agg) mixed with WPC (Liquid type) @ 200ml per bag, as in padding / leveling course of slope over roof, finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC (Liquid type) shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M&L for 15mm screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions over RCC Slab horizontal or vertical portion for laying water proofing treatment all as specified & directed. (Note : WPC/Liquid shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer’s instructions with following course of description below :- (a) Applying a priming coat of bituminious primer @ 1.20 Kg /Sqm, till the surface is properly impregnated. (b) Providing APP based 5 layer polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6Kg/ Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) centre core, laid on primed surface by forced applications as per the manufacturer's instructions with side over lap of 75 mm and end overlap of 100 mm. All overlap joints shall be sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer (torching overlap by propane or butane gas torch ) and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer (c) Apply two coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm over APP membrance

Disconnecting existing water storage tank, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair including cleaning of tank with making it disinfected and hoisting, reconnecting of following capacity of tank complete all as specified and as directed:-

M & L for Rendering 10 mm thick CM 1:6 using water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick plastering on other than fair faces of brick wall in CM (1:4), surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 5 mm thick CM 1:3 using water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick or concrete surfaces of ceiling /chajja's finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces and preparation of new plaster surface.

M&L for applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper on prepared plastered surfaces of walls over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for three coats of white wash on new ceiling surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The newly plastered surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even and smooth all as per satifaction of Engr-in-Charge.The cost of all materials, T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

S&F in repair 15mm bore stop angle valve, cast copper alloy, fancy type chromium plated with long shank and cup (concealed type), screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Chromium plated fitting shall be brought in store yard first as approved by GE/AGE(I) and will be issued subsequently for fixing at site

S&F in repair 15 mm bore bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch handle, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing (GI Pipe) and connections of following bore complete all as specified and as directed :-
