Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section embedded in concrete, brick work masonry etc. , including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground including removing of debris from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of barbed wire fencing/ concertina coil including removing of debris from site complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good disturbed surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel works as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh of chain link or any type including removing of debris from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanisd fencing of any size complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Weight of chain link fence shall be ascertained through BOO as directed by GE.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wires complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel round bars 10 mm dia as in tie bar of chain link fencing conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description n.exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel screw bolts diameter of neck 11 to 15mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia. barbed with 2mm dia. barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Each line wire to be measured for payment.

Supply and fix concertina coil (CONSEC ZAL Super Razor punched barb tape (SRPBT)) aluminum base helix coil with and including necessary G.I fixing clips for securing complete all as specified and directed with following specification:- (i) Dia of coil (unstretched) - 610 mm (ii) No of Spirals - 6 spirals per per RM (iii) Weight of each coil with hessian pack - 8.00 Kg(±0.5). (iv) Central core wire :- Made from 2.60 mm dia G.I – High Tensile Wire as per IS-4454 galvanised as per IS-2629 . (v) Razor Punched Strip:- Razor punched tape is CONSEC-ZAL steel comprising of Aluminium base with zinc alloy @ 150 gm/ m2 conforming to ASTM A-792/A-792M with additional primer treatment of Epoxy/ Polyurethane & Final Paint Top coat of Caulifield green shade (BSL 139) by Hot Dipping process. Note:- Running length of the wall shall be measured for payment purpose.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix structural steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging, also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165 quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning and desluging of existing SWT (static water tank) of 10000 to 20000 gallon capacity (including removing and refixing of steel frame cover if exist at site) remove complete solid/liquid sluge by pumping or any mechanical means from inside the SWT, remove all dirt/fungle from SWT inside walls by wire brushing, rubbing and repairing the SWT walls in pathces by means of putty/plastering n.exc. 0.50 sqm in each patchese as required and finnaly applying two coats of cement base paint to SWT inside and outside complete and depositing the removed solid/liquid sluge in excavated pits (required size and depth) to a distance n.exc. 50mtr from the SWT. Top layers of excavated pit shall be covered by sprinkling bleaching powder @ 200gms/sqm for disinfection purpose complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rate for excavating pit, bleaching powder and repairing with putty/plaster in patches n. exc 0.50 sqm each shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with using water proofing coumpound (WPC) @ 2% weight of cement or as per manufacturers instruction and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement as in wall complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n.exc. 15cm thick (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in hard standing and footpaths complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in hard standing and footpaths complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required including necessary excavation works complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for joint free anti skid outdoor pavement coloured tiles (good grip series) of size 300 x 300 x 10mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.
