Repairing of Cable fault from AMF panel at DG room to DG panel at Substation, of Gandhi Memorial Hospital Kalyani Nadia

Disconection the faulty 4 core 150 sq. mm Ar. Al. cable connection from the AMF panel at DG room and the Distribution panel at the Electrical Substation of GMH and connected the same as per EIC.

Supplying, providing & connecting with the existing electrical panel (with appropriate cable supplied by Contractor) on a hire basis 415 V, 125 KVA three phase silent DG set and dismantling the same, excluding fuel charges for each day.

Deployment of one DG operator per shift per day (i.e. Total of 3 nos. operator per day for 24 Hrs) for DG operations.

Supply and delivery of 1.1 kV Gr. 4 Core 150 sq. XLPE insulated & sheathed, armoured, Aluminium Conductor Cable [Make - Polycab/ Finolex/ Havells/ Gloster].

Supply & Fixing of perforated 200 mm x 50 mm x 1.25 mm (18 SWG) GI cable tray with perforation not more than 17.5%, suspended from ceiling incl. S&F GI connector, 6 mm dia MS suspender, bolts & nuts, steel fastener etc. as required incl. Al painting (two coats) of MS support with 25 mm x 25 mm x 3 mm angle iron support. [34(a)(ii)/D-14]

Supply & fixing of 'L' shape (30 cm + 20 cm) iron bracket for carrying 2 nos. cable made by 35 mm x 35 mm x 5 mm angle iron having sufficient holes, whose one side would be fixed on the wall by the required fasteners and 2 nos 50 mm dia half-round clamp made with flat iron (20 mm x 3 mm) fixing on the other side of bracket with painting and necessary fixing materials or as per direction by EIC.

Supplying & fixing of 65 mm dia medium gauge GI pipe (Make - Jindal/Bansal) protection with necessary fittings and jointing materials as required. [11(e)/F-6]

Road boring (Micro Tunnelling) for inserting 65 mm dia GI Pipe or as per instruction of EIC with necessary tools & tackles including placing of GI pipe. (NS)

Laying of 4 core 150 sq. mm cable on wall/surface incl. S & F MS clamps with earthing attachment in 2 x 10 SWG GI (Hot-Dip) wire, making holes etc. as necessary mending good damages and painting. [2(e)/F-1]

Laying of one no. 150 sq. mm cable in the underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) nos. bricks per Mtr. including filling the space between the bricks and cable and the trench with shifted soil, levelling up and restoring the surface duly rammed. Laying of 4 core 150 sq. mm cable on existing Cable Tray/Iron bracket and binding with suitable size GI wire. [6(ii)/F-3]

Laying of 4 core 150 sq. mm cable through existing GI Pipe/open masonry trench. [3(b)/F-1]

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of 4 core 150 sq. mm cable XLPE/PVC armoured cables. [7(c)/F-4]

Finishing the end of 4 core 150 sq. mm XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping, incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials. [8(b)(xx)/F-5]

Supplying and fixing 415 V, 125 A TPN SFU with sheet steel enclosure (Make: L&T / Siemens / Havells) on angle iron frame on the wall with nuts bolts etc incl. S & F 3 nos. DIN type HRC fuse as per rating. [4(a)/D-3]

Supplying and fixing 415 V, 160 A TPN on load front operated Changeover switch (Make - L&T) with Sheet Steel enclosure on angle iron frame on wall with nuts bolts etc. [3(a)/D-2]

Withdrawing of 4 Core 150 sq. mm cable from the underground for detection of fault by company's tools & tackles with care and relaying the same in UG trench as per GS. (NS)

Heat shrink Jointing of 4 core 150 sq. mm cable by compound jointing kit including S&F ferrule, tapes and jointing materials (Brand approved by EIC).
