Providing and Laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- all works upto plinth level 1:4:8 (1-Cement; 4-Coarse sand and 8-Graded Stone agrregate 40 MM nominal size) (For Foundation, Footings, Bases of columns etc for Mass Concrete).

Cement Plaster work as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Dismantling of Pannels, 11 KV VCB/ 33 KV single feeder /double feeder /transformer single or double/ capacitor panel.

Jointing and fixing of cable jointing kit indoor/outdoor 11 KV XLPE heat shrinkable cable boxes.

Cartage of the 11 KV VCB(I/C,O/G, Buscoupler) from store center to construction site with loading and unloading at both points.(Distance 21-50 Km)

Mannual shifting /Pulling of 11 KV VCB I/C 350 MVA, 600/300/5A, 110 V AC

Mannual shifting /Pulling of 11 KV VCB B/C 350 MVA / 500 MVA

Mannual shifting /Pulling of 11 KV VCB O/G 350 MVA / 500 MVA, 400/200/5A/110 V AC

Grouting of structure in CC 1:3:6 in size (2x1.1x0.3x0.3) mtr.

Erection of 11 KV VCB (O/G or B/C or I/C ) Panel in all respect, making connection, testing etc in all respect at erection site.

Service of Hydra Machine for Lines and Transformer related work because of busy traffic in Town area for safety purpose.

Cartage of Petty Material, 21-50 Km

Laying of 11KV Cable in trunch and filling with sand complete work in all respects

Final testing of Cable, Panel and other accessories before energizing.

Laying of Control cable of all sizes through trench, proper connection at both ends outside in switchyard equipments and inside control room in VCB, control and relay Panels with proper marking, lugs , labelling and ferrules etc.

Earthing of Structure using GI strip

Erection of 24 Volt Battery Set.

Repairing of old damaged trench including fabrication, fixing of MS angle 50/40X6 mm size (excluding cost of MS angle/ MS bar) on side edge with all excavation, CC work, brick work, fixing of cable support angle one/two tier as required with stopper arrangement at 0.5 mtr gap throughout the length of the trench, making of cable trench covers with MS Bar welded mesh angle frame with lifting hooks, fixing of perforated tray complete as per drawing including cost of sand, cement, bricks, metal etc.
