Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), ncluding cleaning, removal and disposal of rubbish/ waste materials from premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of chowkhats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of chowkhats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.50 Sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating galvanised iron based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specifed and directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating galvanised iron based plain steel sheet 0.80mm of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed), fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specifed and directed.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights with fully perforated 12mm thick micro tegular edged GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles in false ceiling tiles of Size 595mmx595mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Noncombustible as per BS 476 (part-4): 1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main T-runners of size 15mmx32mm of length 3000mm, cross-T of size 15mmx32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15mmx32mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600mmx600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @80 grams per sqm) i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85mmx25mmx2mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24mmx24mmx0.40mm of length 3000mm to be fixed on periphery wall/ partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.
