Repairs to the leakage (320 cm) along 750mm dia. M.S rising main of lift irrigation scheme Sheeri-I in the premises of pump station at various cracked portions of pipe, pipe flanges, end to end joints, rusted bolts etc. by way of multiple weld runs, using M.S filler material and appropriate size of M.S plate of suitable length wherever required to make joint strong and leak proof. The job includes hire charges of D.G set, welding set, Gas cutter, load carrier, manual labours, and skilled welder for completing the repair work. The job also includes providing/fitting of nut/bolts for 750mm dia. NRV (six kg), R.I cloth (four kgs) palmative packing (four kgs) for pumps After successful completion of repair work, the rising main shall be tested on full load.

Repairs to 750mm dia. rising main by way of following steps a. Repairs to major leakage at 01spots along 750mm dia. M.S rising main of Lift Irrigation Scheme Seer near Masjid Sharif by way of earth excavation with the help of manual labour, then cutting appropriate size of windows to the rising main by using oxyacetylene gas plant at site for cutting of window to M.S pipe in order to carry out welding works inside the pipe. After making window in the pipe the accumulated water shall be dewatered along with dug out trench using dewatering pump till the pipe becomes dry so that the welding works can be carried inside pipe. The job then involves cleaning of rust around pipe by chipping off rusted layers inside the pipe. The cracked portion of the pipe shall be plugged by using M.S plate of suitable length to cover circumferential & longitudinal crack inside/outside the pipe as per requirement. The job includes the hire charges on a/c of using D.G set, welding set, Gas cutter, load carrier, manual earth excavation, dewatering pump, manual labours, superior quality electrodes and skilled welder etc. for completing the repair work. b. Repairs to the minor leakage (240cm) along 750mm dia. M.S rising main near Pandit house by way of earth excavation manually to rectify the leakage spot, then welding it properly by way of using M.S plate of suitable length as per requirement to make it strong & leak proof. After successful completion of repair work, the rising main shall be tested on full load at both the spots. All tools& tackles shall be arranged by contractor

Repairs to the minor leakage (280cm) along 400mm dia. M.S rising main of lift irrigation scheme Ijara at various cracked portions of pipe, end to end joints etc. by way of multiple weld runs, using M.S filler material and appropriate size of M.S plate of suitable length wherever required to make joint strong and leak proof. The job includes hire charges of D.G set, welding set, earth excavation, Gas cutter, load carrier, manual labours, and skilled welder for completing the repair work. The job also includes the charge of providing R.I cloth three kg, palmative packing four kg for pumps. After successful completion of repair work, the rising main shall be tested on full load. All tools& tackles shall be arranged by contractor
