Disconnecting of all motor leads, dismantling of motor, taking out the rotor from the stator, and complete disassembly as per requirement of job:

Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of 75 HP motor from site to workshop and vice versa using load carrier auto upto lead 35 kms.

Complete rewinding of stator coils of 3-phase LV vertical induction motor with suitable copper wire after complete removal of burnt out winding, cleaning of slots, etc., insulation class F, varnishing, tapping, etc.

Deduct the cost of old copper scrap retreived from the motor @90% or as per actual. Note: The unserviceable scrap copper windings extracted shall be property of the firm and is taken into account for estimation of rates (The amount quoted against the item has not to be less than 650).

Assembling of all motor parts, coupling and alignment with pump, reconnecting of leads and testing on full load.
