Taking out old cork sheet Top Cover gasket of transformer of 100 KVA to 250 KVA and Supply & fix new super quality gasket of 4mm thickness including making smooth finish of new gasket checking for leakage Note :- Gasket shall be replaced at no extra cost if leakage found after replcement of gasket.

Disconnecting & taking out old unserviceable LV bushings complete from transformer of 100 KVA to 250 KVA servo stabilizer and Supply and fix new LV bushings set of three with brass metal part including brass nuts with washers of suitable size inside and outside of the bushings, insulator and reconnecting the LV lead and testing after completion complete upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L of Silica gel for existing transformer complete all as specified and directed

Testing of dielectric strength of transformer oil of Outdoor type transformer, 11KV/433 volt, filteration of transformer oil by passing through filtration plant to remove moisture, impurities and improving di-electic strength to above 40 KV for 1 minute including new transformer oil for toping up & testing after filtration complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: Transformer oil will be measured & paid seperately.)

Supply and toping of transformer oil with 40KV di-electric strength Transformer and Servo voltage stabilizer .Oil shall conform to IS 335 of 1993. complete all as specified and directed.
