Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto all leads and lifts, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge: all kind of soil .The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains not exceeding 1.5 m (one point five metre) in width or 10 sqm (ten square metre) on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto any lead .All kinds of soil as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading -I as per Technical Specification Clause 405. as per MORD technical specification 2014 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand : six graded stone) aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size with minimum cement contents 250 kg (Two hundred fifty kilogram) per cubic metre and curring complete . including cost of form work for plain /reinforce concrete in retaining walls, breast wall and like structure as per drawing and MORD tecnical specification 2014 Clause 800 and 1200 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts ,shoring and shuttering and curring complete including pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) up to all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering and carriage of machinery, material ,tools equipment safety measures and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.The rate includes, octroi, royality Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. 1:1.5 :3(One cement : One point five coarse sand : Three graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty milimetre)nominal size).The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by tablevibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick (fifty milimetre) compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in - Charge 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern.with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing weep holes in brick masonary /stone masonary / plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm (one hundred millimetre). dia PVC pipe white in colour extending through the full with of the structures with slop of 1(V): 20(H) towards drawing face complete as per HPPWD specification clauses 614,709,1204.3.7 .as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Backfilling behind abutment wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings & technical specification clause 1204.3.8 with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
