Clearing grass & removal of waste materials, rubbish etc.from top of building roof, sunshade etc. up to a distance of 150 m outside the periphery of area cleared as per instructions at site.

Dismantling and removing Aluminium/ wooden framed glass partitions including removal of glass shutters carefully (if required) as instructed and stacking at site for reuse or transporting the same to safe place as per instructions at site

Labour charges for dismantling carefully the existing ceiling /partitions with AC sheets, Plywood / Hardboard /wood etc and stacking them for reuse as per deptl.instructions.

Dismantling the existing Fexible PVC flooring sheet (vinyle flooring) and removing the old adhesive from floor as per instructions and stacking the debris with a 50 m initial lead.

Dismantling existing old sanittary fittings like wash basin, EWC, Urinal etc and removing all internal water lines and waste lines carefully without damaging the building as instructed at site from 2 toilet blocks

Chipping & removing mosaic flooring / skirting in the toilet rooms and other areas very carefully without damaging the remaining portions and water supply items and removing the debris to places pointed out by the department.

Chipping & removing old cement plastered surface including racking out joints & clearing the surface for replastering & disposal of the debris as per directions within a distance of 150 m.

Dismantling and clearing away any thickness of rubble, brick, laterite in CM including disposal of debris as per directions within a distance of 150 m.

Dismantling and removing doors with or without ventilators including removal of shutters, hinges, holdfast and all other fittings and stacking materials as per deptl.instructions

Dismantling and removing windows /ventilators/ shelves/ cup boards/AC frames etc including removal of shutters, hinges, holdfasts and all other fittings and stacking materials as per deptl.instructions

Taking down shutters of doors, windows and ventilators including removal of hinges and all other fittings and stacking as per deptl.instructions

Flooring with PCC 1:2:4 mix concrete using first class 20 mm and downgrade hard granite broken stone including mixing concrete, laying in panels, necessary formwork, consolidating, curing etc complete

Brick work in CM 1:6 with country burnt bricks for super structure in ground floor up to 5 m height.

Cement plastering with CM 1:4,12 mm thick one coat floated hard and trowelled smooth at all levels,excluding cost of cement

Providing and laying with approved brand rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in suitable colours laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and fixing first quality ceramic glazed floor tiles conforming to IS :15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge for dadoing to walls over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigmentof matching shade complete.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles with approved brand and mat finish wooden series GVT design tiles of size 1200x200 mm or nearest available size (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 and fixing floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477 in average 3 mm thickness and Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Painting two coat to inside walls, with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of approved quality and colour as specified including applying a coat of cement primer after cleaning the surface and applying one/two coats of wall putty to make the wall level etc complete as per instructions

Painting with acrylic emulsion exterior paint of approved brand and shade two coats on new/old surfaces at all heights as per manufacturer’s specification including preparing surface and applying a coat of cement primer.

Refixing the dismantled Aluminium/wooden framed glass partition carefully without any damage and as per the instruction at site including necessary repair work if required

Providing approved design & brand vinyl froasted design stickers on glass panels of doors/windows/partions etc as per manufacturer's specification

Labour, Material and supervision charges for cleaning the surface using wire brush in order to remove all deleterious matters and cleaning with water jet spray (if required) including removing old worn out tar felt and applying water based primer / bituminous primer as suitable for the surface, providing and laying 4 mm thick “WP SHIELD APP” Polymer modified membrane with non woven polyester Matt-160 GSM, weight not less than 4 kg/Sq.m having softening point not less than 150 degree centigrade, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650 N / 5cm tearing strength of 180 N ( P 4180 grade) by torch welding method including minimum 10 cm side and 150 mm end overlaps, finishing with solar reflective bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sq.m at all heights including scaffolding charges if required etc complete and as per special conditions of work (if any) /as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying and fixing pure polyester powder coated aluminium frame work of extruded sections and approved brand/manufacturer including mitring the joints, fixing the frame work with necessary screws, drilling holes in floors, walls and ceiling, providing plugs for fixing screws, finishing the sides of packing between frame work and wall/ceiling with plaster of paris, cost of timber packing if necessary, rubber lining for air tightness, providing corner cleats, etc. complete as per standard practice for glazed doors, windows, side hung as well as sliding windows, ventilators, partitions, handrails etc. including all hinges, pivots, tower bolts, peg stays, fixtures, and pure polyester powder coated aluminium approved brand beadings, handles & approved locking system at all levels.(Payment will be given for the weight of aluminium sections only)

Glazing/Panelling the Aluminium frame work of doors/other areas with 5.50 mm glass and 4 mm thick hylam sheets (40% hylam sheet aproximate) and powder coated Aluminium approved brand beadings, with EPDM / NEOPRINE weather seals, gaskets of EPDM or PVC etc and screws as per standard practice at all levels (Measurement for overall area of doors/other area)

Glazing the Aluminium frame work of windows with 3 mm or nearest thick plain glass panes and anodized Aluminium approved brand beadings, with EPDM / NEOPRINE weather seals, gaskets of EPDM or PVC etc and screws as per standard practice at all levels (Measurement for overall area of doors / windows / ventilators)

Providing show case shutters/Kitchen cup boards with approved quality wooden series Aluminium profiles having show case frame of size 66x32.5x0.83 mm,sliding Aluminium double channel of size 22x11x 0.77 mm & covered with 5.50 mm plain glass inclusive of 4 Nos SS runners , rubber corners ,necessary SS screws etc complete as per directions at site

Clearing sludge from septic tank & depositing it to suitable places by mechanical transport or by digging pit & filling back with earth, flushing the entire sewage line with water of adequate pressure, removing all debris etc. by engaging suitable type of men & tools after carefully removing cover slabs & closing the same after the completion of the work, sealing properly with cement plastering etc complete as per instructions.Above 5 Cu.m & up to 10 Cu.m volume

Collecting spoil earth, debris etc.from site, conveying to places with an average lead of 1 KM by mechanical transport, dumping and forming embankment for filling, spreading in layers as per directions (20%deduction will be made if measured loose in lorries & from stack).
