SITC of 8 Nos. 7 TR High Precision Package AC UNITunder BSNL EZ HP SHIMLA

PART-A: Supply Portion Supply of factory assembled factory tested not less than 7 TR High Precision Micro processor based air cooled AC package units having Sensible Heat Factor (SHF) of not less than 0.90 and Energy Efficiency Ratio (EER) of not less than 2.90 complete with upward/ downward flow, Electronically commutated motor for evaporator blower with motorized volume control damper, suitable mesh in the return air path having energy efficient high technology with scroll hermetic sealed compressor(s) working on R407C refrigerant, comprising of indoor & outdoor units with all components including {refrigerant pipes for Liquid and Hot Gas lines, Four core 2.5 Sq.mm Copper conductor cable (PAC Indoor unit to Outdoor unit) up to 12 meters including initial Gas Charging, supply of controls, interlocking, electrical accessories, SPP (for all three phase motors), voltage & current indications, sequential controls, communication port with suitable protocol to suit BMS compatibility, air cooled condenser with fans each directly driven by motor, having a matching heat rejection duty with heat rejecting coil constructed from copper tubes with expanded aluminum fins, MCBs, safety valve, pressure release valve, data/ communication cable between units, unloading, shifting to site etc. complete as per detailed specifications attached as required. AC package must be as per prototype approval by BSNL CO ND Note:- 1. The length of refrigerant copper pipes for hot & liquid lines, condenser cable shall be included up to 12 Mtr. in Part-A / Item 1. Additional extra length shall be paid, as per Part-B(2) / Item- 2.21 & 2.22 respectively.

2.0 PART-B: ITC Portion Installation, Testing and Commissioning of above 7 TR air-cooled High Precision AC package units complete with all components, air cooled condenser, including laying of refrigerant piping, cable, charging of required quantity of refrigerant, condenser/data communication cable between units etc. as required on existing framework for item at Sr. No. 1 of Part-A.

Supplying and fixing of copper refrigerant piping of minimum 18 G (1.2 mm) thickness of following sizes with all accessories including cutting, bending, jointing, brazing & painting etc. for hot gas and liquid lines of a single circuit, on existing MS angle tray including insulating the refrigerant lines inside AC area with suitable fire retardant polythene foam complete as per specifications attached. a). Hot Gas Line, 7/8" nominal dia.

b). Liquid Line, 5/8" nominal dia. Note:- 1. The length of refrigerant pipes for hot and cold lines shall be included up to 12 mtrs in Part-A/ Item No-1. Circuit lengths (for liquid line/ hot gas line) falling in the range of 10 to 14 mtrs. will be measured as 12 mtrs. and are not subjected to price adjustment. Where site conditions warrant provision of liquid refrigerant and hot gas refrigerant pipe of lengths which are more than 14 mtrs & less than 10 mtrs suitable price adjustment shall be made for additional/ reduced length. 2. In case of multiple circuit only single circuit will be measured.

Supplying and laying following size of PVC insulated PVC sheathed armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade on the wall/existing trench, existing cable trays i/c interconnections, end termination etc. complete as required. a) Four core 2.5 Sq.mm Copper conductor cable (PAC Indoor unit to Out door unit) Note:-The length of armoured copper cable along with 1 x 4 mm dia. copper wire for condenser shall be included up to 12 mtrs. with suitable lugs & glands for each condenser in Part-A/Item No-1. Circuit lengths falling in the range of 10 to 14 mtrs. will be measured as 12 mtrs. and are not subjected to price adjustment. For circuit length which are more than 14 mtrs & less than 10 mtrs suitable price adjustment shall be made for additional/ reduced length.

Providing MS structure for Outdoor Units/referigerant pipe & cables made out of solid channels/angles/flats etc i/c cutting, welding, grouting, fixing with hardware & painting etc as required.

Providing plumbing work for humidification circuits and drainage requirements including supply of ISI marked Class-I SDR-11 CPVC Pipes (Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride material as per IS-15778) with threaded fittings such as bends, reducers, adapter, elbows, tees, unions, coupler, end caps, flanges etc. for water connection of various components of the system complete with plumbing work by applying cleaner, solvent cement, primer, teflon tape & various size of metal clamps for fixing pipes etc as reqd.

3.0 PART-C: CMC Portion Comprehensive maintenance of the 7 TR microprocessor based air-cooled Precision package AC unit (after the warrantee period) including all items covered under Part-A & Part-B as per the specifications/conditions of contract & as per the details given in relevant sections by deploying the required staff including specialized man power and by arranging required spares, refrigerant gas, tools and plant etc.to keep the AC unit & connected equipments operational up to the required standards complete as required. Note :- 1) Operation of AC unit is not included in this item. 2) Warranty period /Defect liability –a) 12 Months for complete as required Second Year( First Year covered under defect liability/warranty period.)
