Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortor bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M & L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles (300x300mm)x7to 8 mm thick as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match. Incl 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cm 1:6 etc

M&L non skid coloured ceramic tiles (400x400mm)x7to 8 mm thick in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and painted in white or coloured cement to match. Incl 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cm 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300x200x7mm thick as in vertical surface etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match. incl 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured glazed ceramic tiles 350 x 450 x 7mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick vitrified ceramic tiles (Square/rectangular ) polished, area of each tiles not exce 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick mortar in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by GE.Make Somany,Orient Bell,Kajaria.

All as per item No 06 here in above but on skirting/dado including rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 as backing coat to receive tiles complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick laid over cement screed base 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified& directed.

All as per serial item No 9 here in above but 10mm thick CM 1:4 as in skirting

S&F in repair viterous china squatting pan 'ORISSA Pattern' size 580x440mm white with integral foot rests incl P or S Trap) incl provision of cement concrete bedding and flush pipe(excluding flushing cistern) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet pan (Pedestal pattern),white including trap and connection to drain or outgoing pipe ,anti syphonage pipe and to flushing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair for health fauset ,CP with flexible pipe 1.5 mtr and hanging device complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china ware wash hand basins, white flat size 550x400mm excluding taps, waste, chain and plug and porcelain stopper but including brackets) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs PVC valve less syphonic action type flushing cistern 10 ltr capacity, low level, white with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets and connection to pipes and fixing of chain and pull or lever if any all as specified. Make :- Cera / Parryware/ Hindware.

S & F waste coupling of PTMT ( half or full threaded). Dia of bore 32 mm. Make Prayag / Symet

Taking up or down 15mm dia steel tubing and connection incl cleaning for refixing or removal to store.

S&F GI tubing medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors 15 mm dia bore.

Refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.)

Taking up or down steel tubing 20mmdia bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 15 mm bore stop valve/angle valve cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe.

S&F in repairs 15mm bore Chromium plated bib taps high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed.etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs PVC connection 15mm dia and 45cm long with washers complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs 32mm dia and 61 cm long PVC waste pipe for WHB/sink complete all as directed

S&F in repairs CP grating 100mm dia with hole or without hole of approved make including fixing with CM to floor/nahani traps etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs CP brass shower rose fixed to 15mm pipe of revolving type all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repairs pillar taps 15 mm, CP/brass with capstan heads, screwed down high pressure, screwed for iron pipe and fixed.

Supply and fixing in repairs tubular towel rail, 20mm dia, ‘D’ type 60cm long between flanges of brass CP all as specified.

Demolition of Brick work or stone/boulder masonry,built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brickwork with subclass ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc on walls and ceiling.

M&L 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 of ceiling finished fair even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 external face of walls finished fair even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L15 mm thick rendering in cm 1:6 internal face of wall finished fair even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coat of white wash over newly plastered surface incl preparation complete all as specified and directed.
