PART (A). Maintenance of CCRs

Job contract and Comprehensive Maintenance of around 21 Nos. NASU & Youyang make Constant Current Regulators (CCRs) and related control unit and all its accessories, carry out preventive maintenance as per PMI schedule, attending complaints/faults/breakdown including taking rectification action and ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition, including supply of spares and replacement of defective parts, maintaining all records and documentation, as per special conditions of contract and the instruction of Engineer in-charge or his authorised representative as per requirement of the works. (a) For 1st Year

PART (B). Maintenance of Sign Boards

Job contract for Operation and Comprehensive Maintenance of Runway and Taxiway Mandatory/Information guidance Signage boards (LED illuminated signages & Fluoroscent tube light illuminated signages), Road holding Lights, Portable Obstruction Lights etc. along with all its accessories by deploying adequate manpower, on all days throughout the year including Sundays and holidays, preventive maintenance as per PMI schedule, attending complaints/faults/breakdown including taking rectification action and ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition, supply and replacement of all spares e.g. Coverter/driver unit, LED strips, tube lights, all other electronic spares etc., maintaining all records and documentation etc., as per special conditions of contract and the instruction of Engineer in-charge or his authorised represenative as per requirement of the works. Note: (i) For LED illuminated signage boards the cost of all spares needs to be considered with this item except drivers and LED strips (Drivers & LED strips is under defect liability period for 5 Years). (ii) For fluoroscent illuminated signages all cost of spares including driver to be considered. (iii) The replacement of polycarbonate sheet i/c lettering not included in this item. Note: The contractor needs to deploy the following minimum manpower for maintenance of signages. 1) Skilled Manpower - 2 Nos. (1 each in A and B shift) 2) Unskilled manpower - 2 Nos.(1 each in A and B shift) (a) For 1st Year

Installation, testing and commissioning of signage boards by carrying the board to the site from store and making necessary electrical connections i/c providing wiring, fixing the base with fastners, nut, bolts etc. as and when required as per the instruction of Engineer in-charge. Installation of transformer housing boxes in cement concrete foundation of ratio 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 course sand : 6 grade stone of 20 mm nominal size), thickness of concrete 100 mm at bottom and 75 mm in all around i/c bottom dressing of earth soil with brick soling & finishing with 12 mm thick cement plaster of ratio 1:3 on exposed surface, making suitable slope to match with the surrounding level all around the housing box i/c painting of housing box on both sides by two coats of black enamel paint, lettering, numbering etc. as required. (a) For 1st Year

Apron Flood Light (AFL) masts of various heights with its panel etc. and complete Perimeter Road and Perimeter Wall Lighting System (approx. 1227 light fittings) and Watch Tower lightings for 20 nos watch towers, including Feeder Pillars etc., by deploying adequate manpower in three shifts on all days throughout the year including Sundays and holidays, preventive maintenance as per PMI schedule, attending complaints/faults/breakdown including taking rectification action and ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition, supply and replacement of all defective spares like MCCBs, MCB, contactors, LED fitting with driver of similar rating, time switch, lamp, ballast, Ignitor, wire, control cable, connectors, obstruction lights etc. and ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition of AFL masts and Perimeter road & wall lighting system, taking lux level measurement, maintaining all records and documentation etc as per PVM schedule., as per special conditions of contract and the instruction of Engineer in-charge or his authorised represenative as per requirement of the works. Note : i) For perimeter lights: Supply and replacement of all defective spares like MCCBs, MCB, contactors, LED fitting with driver of similar rating ( Except 377 LED fittings of perimeter light which is under defect liability for 5 years), time switch, lamp, ballast, Ignitor, pole loop wire, control cable, connectors, obstruction lights, loop in loop out box etc. and ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition of perimeter light and wall lights etc. ii) 20 nos. (approx.) Apron Flood Light (AFL) masts, semi high mast of various heights (Max 30 Mtr) at various locations with its panel etc supply and replacement of all defective spares like MCCBs, MCB, contactors, LED fitting with driver of similar rating time switch, lamp, ballast, Ignitor, wire, control cable, connectors, obstruction lights etc. and ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition. The contractor needs to deploy the following minimum manpower 1. Supervisor (Highly skilled) - 1 No. (in General shift), 2. Skilled Manpower - 03 No.( 1 in each shift) and 3. Unskilled manpower - 06 Nos. (2 in each shift.) (a) For 1st Year

Dismantling the winch Gear assembly & Motor from High Mast then dismantling the motor from Gear assembly and complete overhauling of the Winch Gear assembly i/c filling it up with 80w-90 Lub Oil and then re-assemble the Winch Gear & fitting it with Motor and fix in it's original position with necessary wire rope connection for lifting the carriage etc. as required. (a) For 1st Year

(b) For 2nd Year

Dismantling the damaged pole (not exceeding 9 m height) and reinstallation of the same in ground by grouting not less than 1 mtr. below ground level, with 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone of 40mm nominal size) cement concrete foundation and cement concrete collar of size 0.4mtr dia x 0.5 mtr. height i/c excavation and refilling , cement plaster, neat cement etc. as required i/c painting C.C. collar with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour etc. as required. (a) For 1st Year

[For example, if the quoted rate for this item is Rs. 0.90, then for executing DSR - 2018 (E&M) schedule work of value Rs. 1,00,000/- (excluding GST), the quoted amount will be Rs. 90,000/- (excluding GST). And if quoted rate for this item is Rs. 1.25, then quoted amount for the same will be Rs. 1,25,000/-(excluding GST).] [ GST will be added extra on quoted amount] (a) For 1st Year
