The work of detail survey, preparation and submission of

profiles in 6 copies (PLSCAD as well as hardcopy),

Detail scope of Work :-

(a) Fixing of tower as per actual requirement, site

condition and plotting of line on profile having standard

details i.e. span length, lat-long (co-ordinate), chainage,

weight and wind span, all dimensions, scale, legends,

tower spotting data etc. as per requirement and along

with all require details.

(c) Preparation and submission of tower schedule as per

standard require details with all the Major - Minor crossing

details in profile drawing and tower schedule, along with

due care of clearance as per prevailing standards i.e., for

all electric line with pole, all type of track, river, pond,

nala, road, canal etc.

(d) Details of Right of Way in profile drawing. i.e. Building,

Temple, Well etc.

(g) Plotting line on TIKKA-MAP (Revenue Land map) -

Required TIKKA-MAP will be provided by GETCO.

charcoal, providing and fixing of NP with name of line/DP

incl. supply of bolt and nuts and tack welding /punching as

per drawings, Tack welding of nuts at three places on the

nuts diametrically fitted to C ype structures and applying

red oxide and zinc rich paint on it immediately after tack

welding etc. as per drawing and painting of the complete

structure including required tree cutting and transportation

of all require materials as per instruction of EIC . Before

erection, one coat of good quality primer must be applied

to the complete structure and black Japan paint of

standard make should be applied upto 3 mtr. from bottom.

After erection. two coats of aluminum paint of Asian,

Burger, Nerolac make shall be applied to the complete

structure. (Work includes name of line , location number,

color code and telephone number on D.P.(2 legs) for

information of concerned S/S incl. supply of paints etc.

Remarks- Quantities are considered tentative, Once the exact fault is identified, a

separate sub-work order will be issue for specific quantities and costs.

(1) While calculating the weight of stub-setting, the weight of stub, cleat & templates shall also be added in stub weight.

(2) Red oxide & zinc rich paint shall be applied after tack welding of nuts.

(3) The above rates are with supply of GETCO approved cement and steel by the contractor.

(4) For concreting work, mixture machine is to be used as per site condition and as per inst. of EIC.

(5) Tower dismantling work should be carried out with help of using rust free spray and without cutting of any members

/ leg / stub and as per inst. of EIC,where applicable.

(6) While crediting of material, agency has to submit the original gate pass copy / CR copy with required documents

as per instruction of EIC.

(7) The rate indicated above includes taking delivery of all stringing material from contractor store/ GETCO’s store

keeping them in safe custody and transporting the same to erection site.

(8) For any crediting of material related work, agency has to submit the original gate pass copy / CR copy with required

documents as per inst. and as per requirement of EIC or when demanded.

(9) All ‘H’ frame A, B, C type structures, tension guys are to be fully concreted and wind guys shall be concreted for

mtr. height only.

(10) In case of excavation in SOFT / HARD ROCK for Item Sr. No. 29, 31,32 & 35, additional rate of Rs. 1021- / & 2118/-

per CMT respectively shall be paid separately.

(11) Except item No 39, all the rates indicated above includes taking delivery of all stringing material from GETCO’s store

at destination & keeping them in safe custody & transporting the same to erection site. Similarly the rates of erection

at Sr.No. 29, 31, & 32 above includes transportation of material from one end of line to erection site.
