Annual maintenance of road from Alipiri to Cherlopalli junction and misc works for the year 2026-27

Earthwork excavation for foundations and depositing on bank for all lifts and with an initial lead of 10m including all Operational, incidental ,labour charges such as shoring, sheeting, planking, strutting etc., complete for finished item of work - Ordinary soil-Manual means up to 3m depth. Note: Cost of dewatering may be added, where required, up to 5% of labour cost. Assessment for dewatering shall be made as per site condition

Conveyance of excavated surplus earth/debris to a distance 2 kms from the site of work at the place specified by the Engineer-in-Charge including loading and unloading etc., complete as directed during execution.

Filling of foundations and basement with best river sand in layers of not more than 15 cms. thick each well watered to saturation and consolidated including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.

Cement Concrete (1:2.5:5) -Grade M15 using 20 mm ( 0.54 cu.m) and 12 mm (0.36cu.m) nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well compacted including curing, ,machine mixing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete. Note: Measurement boxes shall be used for measuring the quantities of cement, aggregate and water required for the given concrete mix.

Cement Concrete (1:3:6) using 40 mm ( 0.54 cu.m), 20mm (0.27 cu.m) and 12 mm (0.09 cu.m) nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well compacted including curing, ,machine mixing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Construction of Brick Masonry in CM (1:5) using well burnt Bricks 2nd class or ground moulded (Non- modular or traditional size) (230 x 110 x 70 mm)including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution and complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Plastering in Cement mortar using best river sand from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials, screening, curing, rounding of corners, incidental charges as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete for the following proportions.

Providing Flush Pointing with C.M(1:3) to Brick work or Coursed Rubble Masonry including cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete as directed during execution.

Supply of the following Semi-Skilled workmen (2nd Class) required for maintenace works such as welding works, Stone works, Masonary works, Carpentry works etc., and other emergency works as and when entursted by the department during exeuction for all festivals through out the year.

Supply of unskilled workmen (Man / Woman Mazdoor) required for maintenace works and for polishing the brass grills, fixing MS Katanjanams works etc., and other emergency works as and when entursted by the department during exeuction for all festivals through out the year.

Supplying and fixing in position M.S Ornamental grills for windows and ventilators or for veranda openings using M.S. Flats, square rods, angles sheets etc., of approved design including necessary cuttings, bending fabrication, welding, grinding and finishing smooth including painting the grills with Two coats with Synthetic enamel paint Grade-I over a Primary coat (Red oxide metal primer) (total three coats) of approved make and colour including cost of making the holes into RCC or masonry works and making good the same wherever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.

Supply of Good Gravel for Building / Road works

Labour charges for spreading gravel or sand including watering and roller rolling (for compacted thickness of ) 40mm to 50mm thick as directed during execution.

Supply and placing of the M20 Design Mix using of 10mm HBG crushed metal 0.480cu.m,6mm HBG Crushed metal 0.320cu.m,sand 0.400cu.m and cement 350Kg with water cement ratio of 0.53(185.50 ltrs/cu.m of CC) etc., from any source confirming to the relevant ISI standard including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, vibrating, laying concrete, curing etc., complete with minimum cement content as per IS code from standard suppliers approved by the department but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges, centering charges, shuttering charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402)

-DO- RCC M20 design mix precast slabs 80mm thick using 20 mm graded size HBG crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards, with necessary reinforcement excluding cost of steel and tying of grills, centering charges,but including cost of necessary form work etc., complete as directed by the department.

-DO- Precast slabs 50mm thick using 10mm graded aggregate HBG crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards with necessary reinforcement, but including cost of necessary form work etc., complete as directed by the department.

Providing High Yield Strength deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo mechancially treated (TMT) steel bars of below 36 mm Fe 500/Fe-500D/Fe550 grade (as per IS 1786 - 2008) of different diametres for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars including all wastages such as over laps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors. (APSS NO.126) (In the absence of 18G binding wire,2 nos of 20G binding wire in tandem are to be strictly adhered). Note: Unless otherwise fabrication and placement of steel, no pre-pament shall be made against the supply of steel reinforcement

Supply of M.S. Tubes & pipes of all diametres as per IS-1161 including cost and conveyance of all materials etc complete as directed during execution.

Labour charges for fabricating all heavy steel works like Trusses, Stanchions, Heavy Beams and Girders including cost of welding rods, power charges, etc excluding cost of fixing in position.

Supply of MS Flats & MS Angles/Channels/Sections of different sizes including cost and conveyance of all materials etc complete as directed during execution.

Painting priming coat with ready mixed Red oxide metal primer paint for iron work including cost and conveyance of all materials including brushes to have smooth finish as directed during execution.

Supply of Welding electrodes 4 mm dia

Writing the sign boards, Direction boards and painting Rangolies over M.S sheet etc., with two coats of back ground one coat primary & one coat synthetic enamel paint over the sign boards with printing two coats with synthetic enamel paint over the back ground. The rate includes cost of paint, labour charges, scaffolding etc., required for the work. The paint should be done with first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make as directed during execution.

Supply of glow sign vinyl stickered name plate / sign (or) instruction boards using 3mm foam white sheet as back ground and glow sign vinyl sticker one layer for letters of different sizes as directed during execution including cost of 3mm foam sheet vinyl sticker and all labour charges for computer design and cutting, pasting and fixing the boards as directed during execution.

Digital design, Supply and erection of flex sheet boards with back support of frame work made with 25mmx25mm MS square pipe (light weight) to erect all the specified places as directed by the department. The cost is including all materials, labour for printing, erection all materials, labour charges etc., complete as directed by the department .

Hire charges for supply, erection and removal of digital design flex boards with frame work made with of 25mm x 25mm MS square pipe (light weight)with required back support to erect boards at specified places as directed by the department. The cost inclusive of materials, labour for printing, erection and removal square pipe (light weight) after completion of the function.

Painting priming coat with ready mixed Cement primer (water thinnable) for plastered surface including cost and conveyance of all materials including brushes to have smooth finish as directed during execution.

Painting for External walls with Acrylic Emulsion paint exterior grade with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls.

Supply of machinery in desilting works guide lines for engaging Excavator- Loader (JCB) (Capacity / out put of machine 0.24/1 Cum) 1. The owner should transport the JCB to the work spot at his own costs. 2. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be able to excavate a minimum of 40 cubic meter of Earth per hour. 3. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be able to load 20 tractor as per hour with quantum of 2.83 cubic metre of loose factor per each tractor. 4. The rate of per hour is inclusive of all the costs like POL, Transportation of Machine, Driver Batta and other incident charges. 5. The payment of the Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be paid hourly basis subject to the condition 2&3 cited above. 6. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should have the Tacho metre and it should function properly.

Hire charges for engaging Tractor with Trailer / dozer for conveyance of chain links & other materials etc. including loading unloading, all incidental charges etc,. complete as directed during execution.

Hire charges for engaging Welding Set including loading unloading, all incidental charges etc,. complete as directed during execution.

Construction of pre-cast Fly ash cement/lime solid block masonry in C.M(1:8) using pre-cast cement blocks made with C.M(1:8) commercial quality of size 290 x 225 x 140 mm or any approved size including curing cost and conveyance of all materials, as directed during execution

Supply of ready mixed Synthetic Enamel paints in all shades Gr- I having VOC(volatile organic compound) content less than 50 grams / lit

Supply of Hot dipped Galvanized Iron Chain link mesh 3"x3" (76 mm x 76 mm) - 8 gauge - (4.0 mm) as per IS: 2721-2003 including the cost and conveyance and all incidental charges, etc., complete as directed during execution. The chain link mesh shall have a zinc coating of type 'heavy' with mass of coating 290 gm/sqm as per IS:4826-1979 (Reaffirmed 2001) Table.1. The mesh shall be provided with heavily coated galvanizede line wires of 4.50 dia. as given in Table.1 of IS:2721-2003.

Labour charges for fixing various sizes of G.I Chain links and tying in position to the posts / angles or supports with G.I wire including the cost of the G.I wire etc., complete as directed during execution ( excluding cost of G.I chain links angles, posts, bolts and nuts) and fixing with bolts and nuts to the angles.

Hire charges for Supply of Dozer (D50) including Spreading/Cutting/Cleaning etc., complete as directed by the department.

Hire charges for supply of crane 35 Tonnes

Providing and fixing precast concrete blocks (interlocking pavers) using not lessthan M40 grade paver blocks and thickness not less than 80 mm for medium traffic areas conforming to IS 15658-2006 of all shapes and designs as per the specification, over sand bed of 20 mm to 40 mm (30 mm average) thickness and compacting with vibrating plate compactor having 3 tonne compaction force there by forcing part of sand underneath to come up in between joints. final compaction of paver surface to be done after spreading and brushing the fine sand into joints to its final level. The work includes cost of all materials such as interlocking pavers, sand etc., Labour and equipments such as cutting machine, lift, loading & unloading to work site clearing, bringing required all materials for the successful completion of work as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504 MORD and as directed during execution by the Engineer-in- charge of the work.

Note: i. Thickness of interlocking pavers and underlaying sand bed shall be as per the Table 1 of IRC SP:63-2004 based on the traffic and type of road. The data can be worked out accordingly. i.e. 1.Cycle tracks and pedestrain footpaths, 2. Residential streets, 3. Industrial streets, bus and truck parkings areas and 4. Arterial streets, etc. ii. The base and sub-base over which interlocking pavers are to be laid shall also be as per the Table 1 of IRC SP:63-2004 based on the traffic and type of road/ground surfaces.

Providing and laying of Hot applied Thermoplastic Compound 2.5 mm thick including with Reflectorising Glass Beads @ 250gms per Sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied Glass Beads as per IRC:35, including cost and conveyance of material, labour charges, hire charges of machinery, for finished item of work. The material should be of BERGER make (as per MORTH 803). The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from steaks and holes as per specification 803 MORTH.

1.A sealing primer may be applied in advance on cement concrete pavement to ensure proper bonding.Any laitance and/or curing compound to be removed where paint is required to be applied on concrete surface. 2. Cost of painter is already included in hire charges of road marking machine.

Providing & fixing Directional boards / junction boards of various sizes as specified by the department, made out of Type – XI of ASTMD 4956-09 wide angle cube cornered micro Prismatic Retro reflective sheeting and confirming to IRC 67:2012 for full background of Green / Blue Colour & White Letters and fixed over 4mm Aluminum Composite Material sheet having minimum 0.5 mm thick Aluminum skin on both sides with back side painted grey colour and fixed over back support frame of M.S angle 25 x 25 x 3mm all round and fixing with 35x35x4mm and mounted on MS hollow section post of different sizes as specified (excluding cost of Post) The signpost should be painted with one coat of red oxide paint and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint silver metallic. The signpost shall be firmly fixed with .MS base plate in to the ground by M-15 Concrete foundation. The rate including cost and conveyance of all materials ,equipment, machinery and labour with all leads and lift, loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.( but excluding cost of earth work and M 15 foundation concrete and MS supporting structure ) (3M India make or equivalent)
