38 mm thick wood block flooring of first class teak wood laid over 25 mm thick leveling layer of cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 10 mm nominal size) to be paid separately, coated with a thin layer of hot bitumen penetration 80/25 (blown type) @ 2.45 kg per sqm, including fixing blocks in position after dipping in hot bitumen (blown type) up to half depth, planed, levelled smooth and finished complete

Providing and fixing plain / square/tappers edges cover fillets 40 mm thick x12 mm section with wood screw in celling and linning including melering at junction with in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge

Providing supply and fixing of LED( make Samsung) complete with in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge:-

Providing Seven seated sofa set having seat size of 457x457 mm made out of 50 mm x 25mmx18 gauge rectangular pipe painted with synthetic enamel paint duly finished in teak colour/walnut shade. Bottom legs should be closed by welding with CRC Sheet and fitted with synthetic flooring. Seat cushion should be made of flexible polyurethane foam of seat size 457x457 mm and 75mm thick having density of 40 kg/m³ and indentation hardness 18 to 25 kgf covered with best quality leather foam or furnishing cloth. The seat height should be 406 mm and total height at the back should be 760 mm. Bottom of legs should be closed by welding with CRC Sheet and fitted with synthetic flooring.
