Supply & Fixing of Manual Change over switch 250A and 04 Pole 415 V fixed on Wall/ ground with angle frame and connecting and testing etc complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fixing busbar chamber shall be dust and vermin proof, made of 3.15mm CRCA MS sheet 75mm x 30 mm thick MS Channel frame, duly powder coated finish. Front opening type with aprons for cable entry with double door shutter and locking arrangement, danger plate and earthing terminal . The scope of work includes pcc foundation and provision of the following double door with Aluminum bus bar 350 A rating 250A MCCB and 04 Pole 415 V, with phase indicator lamp fixed on Wall/ ground with angle frame connecting and testing etc complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides, connected to galvanized mild steel strip 25x4 mm as earth lead, including nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel and riveted/welded to earth plate at one end and 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from upper edges of earth plate upto 7.5 metre above ground level fixed with and including 25x3mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from earth pit to top of electrode and including funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs etc complete with earth PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and RCC 1:2:4, type B1 for precast chamber cover 50 mm thick, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 Kg / sqm), with charcoal, salt, funnel complete all as shown in the electrical plate No 3 of SSR part –I and testing on completion, including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for earth strip with protection pipe up to 7.5 M length. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (iii) Earth result after installation completely should be less than 5 Ohm

Material and labour for provision of earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground connected to Copper strip 20x3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of copper, watering pipe of 20 mm bore galvanised iron medium grade and 40 mm bore galvanised iron light grade for earth strip protection including all excavation, earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and RCC 1:2:4, type B1 for precast chamber cover 50 mm thick, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 Kg / sqm), with charcoal, salt, funnel complete all as shown in the electrical plate No 3 of SSR part –I and testing on completion, including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed. Supply, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing cable LT XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor suitable for earth system of 70 sqmm 3.5 core cross sectional size ISI marked as per IS 7098 part I laid in trenches/ laid under floors/ laid under ducts or fixed on poles etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable HT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy-duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core UE laid in trenches / duct passing through pipe / duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing etc, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note for Item No 6 to 7: (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.).

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor type termination Heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 Core XLPE armoured aluminimum conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- The jointing material like long sleeve for transformer connection and other connected items like cable gland, gas kit etc will inclusive in above rate. )

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation / fixing pole / laying cable and pipe line etc or for man hole etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil all as specified.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil), including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance exceeding 50metre but not exceeding 100metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Supply & laying ISI marked & conforming to IS - 5820 - 1970 unreinforced precast concrete cable cover Class HV , Type 1, flat, size 450mmx 180mm x 40mm in trenches as protection to HT UG cable completencluding dismantling & taking out old unserviceable cabe cover all as specified and as directed

Supplying and laying ISI marked & conforming to IS - 5820 - 1970 un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 1, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm complete including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable cabe coverall as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

Supply and fix PCC route indicator pedestal type of size 90cmx30cmx10cm made out of RCC with 10mm dia rod circular above the GL 60 CM & below 30 CM with PCC(1:2:4) type B1 above GL, PCC(1:4:8) in foundation below ground level duly HT cable-MES etc including demolition of u/s old PCC cable route indicator all directed by Engg- in-charge

M&L for 80mm dia steel tubes (light grade) galvanised with fittings, laid in trenches/wall/under road for protection of underground cable when crossing the road/fixing complete including taking down old pipe and deposit to MES Store yard on charge .

M&L for demolition of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings etc n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for 100 mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm aggregrate) as in / PCC Path/PCC Road /poles payment, filling & mass concrete and similar work etc complete all as specified and directed
