Providing and applying primer/tack with bituminous primer (VG-10) at the rate of 1.00 (one point zero zero) kilogram per square metre on existing WBM (Water bound macadam) surface cleaned with mechnical brooms as per HP.PWD./MORD specification complete within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidentials charges.

Providing laying and rolling by manual means of open grades premix carpet of 20mm ( twenty millimeter) thickness composed of 13.2mm ( thirteen decimal two millimeter) and 11.20 ( eleven decimal twenty millimetre) aggregate mixed in the ratio 2:1 (two is to one) and @ 0.27 cum (zero decimal twenty seven cubic metres) mixed with bitumen VG-10 (ten) @ 1.46 kg (one point four six kilogram) per square metre of road surface required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including heating binder and aggregate in plant 30/40 ton capacity per hour transporting mixed material with tippers and laying with pavers finisher to the required grade to be followed by seal coat of type-B and camber and rolling with a three Wheel 80-100 KN static road roller to required level and grade as per MORD technical specifications clause No. 506 and as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge including hauling / carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transporation in all leads, lift and other incidental complete in all respect.

Providing and laying seal coat Type-B by mechanical means sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the sepcified levels, grade and crossfall using Bitumen (VG-10) at the rate of 0.68 (zero point six eight) kilograme per square metre as per technical specificaiton Clause 508 including hauling of material with in all leads and lifts by all modes of transportation, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
