Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness, (Below or above Ground level) and removing debris from site of work complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 20 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of flooring and sub-base as levelling concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for joint free non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick, premium quality (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm (1st quality) conforming to IS-13755, in floors etc, and set & joint in neat cement slurry, jointed and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of the tile over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for joint free non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick, premium quality (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm (1st quality) conforming to IS-13755, as in vertical surfaces such as riser of steps, skirting, dado, etc and set & jointed in neat cement slurry, jointed and pointed in white cement or coloured cement to match the surface of the tile overand including 10 mm thick bedding in cement mortar 1:3 and necessary cutting of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for joint free Vitrified ceramic tiles, dark shade/ double charged/ ultracharged, 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.42 sqm but n.exc 1.00 Sqm, in floors, etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of the tile over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for joint free Vitrified ceramic tiles, dark shade/ double charged/ ultracharged, 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.42 sqm but n.exc 1.00 Sqm, as in vertical surfaces such as riser of steps, skirting, dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of the tile over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for joint free non-skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick, premium quality conforming to relevant IS (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry, jointed & pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of the tile over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 450 x 350 mm or higher size, 7 mm thick coloured glazed ceramic tiles, fixed as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile over and including 10 mm thick rendering over fair surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortor 1:3 finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non-skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick premium quality conforming to relevant IS (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
