Schedule'A' Part-I: B&R works

Excavating in trenches soft/loose soil n.exc 1,5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out

Excavation over area exceeding 1.50m and not exceeding 3.00m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Returning filling in including spreading excavated earth in layers, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering all kind of soil.

Removing excavated material n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

PCC in foundation filling and mass concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate.

RCC cement concrete M-30 (design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation incl raft, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for column etc basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete.

RCC cement concrete M-30 (design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like any thickness above top of footing, incl attached pilasters and buttresses.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound

Form work to sides of concrete foundations, footing, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work vertical or to batter.

Form work to faces of wall, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pilasters, buttresses, etc vertical or to batter.

TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required incl cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips.

15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M & L for 20mm thick rendering as topping in cement mortar (1:3) on RCC surfaces, finishing with a floating coat of neat cement using cement slurry @ 2.75 Kg of cement per Sqm of floor complete all as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster skirting with cement mortar 1:3 finished with a floating coats of neat cement including rounding of junction with floor.

M & L for 20 mm dia x 400 mm CI rung embedded in concrete of tank wall to provide access to the sump floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Making water proofing of all the surfaces of the tank by pressure grouting with cement and then applying two layers of water proofing treatment using mixtures of cement and sika latex as per manufacture's specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil.

M&L for broken brick aggregate hard core of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited , spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded brick aggregate as in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B" bricks straight or curved on plan radius in full brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on thick or concrete fair surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cm (1:3) on concrete surfaces with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement, finished even and fair.(Note : Water compound measured & paid separately)

M&L for 150mm thick hardcore (with broken stone/boulder) of gauge n exc 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layer n exc 15 cm thick watered rolled and rammed to true surface complete all as specified.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n.exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering.

Material and labour PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection 75 mm thick finished fair and even w/o using extra cement.

M&L for cement concrete tiles 25 cm x 25 cm x 22 mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed in neat cement slurry in floors cut and polished and pointed with grey cement and pigments to match.

S&F Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B rolled mild steel in joist, channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e., within 20 mm of the length indicated)

M&L for one coat of black Japan paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome on steel surfaces n.exe 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new surfaces.

S&F 2nd class Hard wood 20 mm thick boarding planed both side with butt joints fixed with nails in any situation

M & L preparation of new wooden surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer exc 10 cm width or girth complete.

Schedule'A' Part-II: E&M works

Excavation in trench n. exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified.

Removing of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing/ spreading where directed at level of n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Returning filling in spreading, levelling and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick above the ground level complete all as specified.

Material & labour for sand cushioning for cable protection with dry river sand and punning to provide required cushioning for UG cable all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing bricks well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks in trenches on cable as cable protection across the length of the cable (width wise) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour in replacement of tubes of size 20 mm bore light grade galvanized with all fittings laid in trenches/ wall/ pole through MS flat (25X3 mm), nut, bolt & washers [ as reqd ] of proper sizes complete for protection cables complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour heavy duty armoured LT under ground cable of size 10 Sqmm, 4 core 1100 V grade, XLPE insulated, heavy duty PVC sheathed ,multi stranded aluminium cable of following size in pipe /trench /cable duct /fixed on wall by proper size shaped GI clamps with nut bolts etc including lugs for both ends and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
