Excavation in foundation and trenches in earth work upto all depth in all kinds of soil such as pick work jumper work,blasting work,chiselling of soft /hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts and including trimming of sides levelling of bed to correct grade stacking the excavated soil in 15 cm. layers when required into plinth sides of foundation including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing oof all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads and lifts and soring/strutting timbering and dewatering where ever required to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand): 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm in all leads and lifts.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights : Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.in all leads and lifts.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights : Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform in all leads and lifts.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of entering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window ills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in all leads and lifts.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars in all leads and lifts. (L.R)

Fixing of Precast SFRC Manhole Cover with Frame conforming to IS-12592 (Part - I)-1998 with latest ammendments 560 mm dia (Heavy Duty) in all leads and lifts.

Laying, jointing and testing in trenches centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron pipes conforming to BIS 8329-2000 (latest with up to date amendments) in a length of 5.50 meters class K7 with cement mortor lining in side duty ISI marked including cost of Tyton (push or joints) fittings including testing of joints and rubber gasket (S&R quality) conforming to IS-92820-1989 (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separetely) in all leads and lifts.
