Remove the outer cover of outdoor unit and covered the condensing unit with ploythene/plastic cover so that water shall not be entered in the motor while cleaning the unit and filter with pressurized water then apply one coat of descaling solution and clean with wire mesh brush/nylon brush to the condensing coil of outdoor unit and greasing of all moving parts. Cleaning of Cooling and condenser coil of indoor and outdoor unit shall be properly carried out without damaging other parts. Preventive Maintenance and Servicing, 11/0.433 KV Step down Transformer Indoor and Oil Cooled type by disconnecting carefully electric connection on primary & secondary side, Checking both side HT bushing, bushing rod, opening top cover of the transformer by unscrewing nuts, bolts, washers etc., rectify the oil leakages issues, if noticed any from the entire body of the transformer, during servicing and re-fixing the top cover of transformer according to previous system.
