A. Taluka Level organization at 11 Talukas ( total 11 sets)

Providing stage 16 ft X 8 ft minimum 1 meter in height duly covered with red carpet and two approach steps at each venue.

Providing 20 standees of dimensions 6ft X 3ft mounted on framework with support at each venue.

Temporary hoardings of 10ft x 8ft (4 qty at each venue)

Providing podium with branding of the Yoga theme, eight VIP chairs duly covered with linen, two teepoys covered with clean and neat linen/ table cloth, samai/ Lamp arrangements for lighting of the lamp ceremony on the stage at each venue.

Providing LCD screen minimum 12 ft. X 8 ft. along with required platforms and other peripherals and arrangements for screening the address of Hon. Prime Minister of India and for Yoga protocol demonstrations with live recording and telecast facility to record by camera the yoga demonstrations taking place on the stage and screen it on the LCD screen at each venue.

Providing stage light along with mixer at each venue.

Providing for PA system along with mics including cordless mics/ lapel mics and required control/ console at each venue.

Providing generator 125 KVA 2 nos at each venue.

Providing one Comperer/ master of the ceremony at each venue
