Amount

Construction of unlined surface drains of average cross-sectional area 0.40 (zero point four zero) square metre in all kind of soil to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions. Excavated material to be used in embankment up to any leads and lifts and dressing of road surface as per Technical Specification Clause 307.including carriage of materials, plants/equipments by all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge complete.

Routine Maintenance (Period-2) for First Year

Repair to pot holes and removal of loose material, trimming of sides, cleaning of surface by providing and applying providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 3.0 kg (three point zero kilogramme) per ten square metre of the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specifications including providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm (twenty millimetre) thickness composed thickness, composed type A 13.2mm to 5.6 mm (thirteen point two millimetre to five point six millimetre) crushed stone aggregates at the rate 0.27 (Zero point two seven) cubic metre per ten square metre premixed with paving bitumen binder VG 10 (viscosity grade ten) at the rate 14.6 kg (fourteen point six kilogramme) per ten square metre of road surface and providing and laying of premix seal coat type-B for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified level, grade and cross fall using at the rate 0.06 cum (zero point zero six) cubic metre of fine aggregate per ten square metre premixed with VG 10 (viscosity grade ten) at the rate 6.80kg (six point eight zero) kilogramme per ten square metre as per MoRD Technical Specifications Clause 1904.2 including carriage of materials, plants/equipments by all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge complete.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth up to 300 mm (three hundred millimetre), removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 m (one thousand metre) including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201including carriage of materials, plants/equipments by all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge complete.

Maintenance of Hume pipe Culvert by way of Clearing, Cleaning, Erosion repair, repairs to cracks, parapet wall and protection work as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1908 including carriage of materials, plants/equipments by all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge complete.

Maintenance of kilometre stone by way of refitting of tilted stones repairing with cement mortar, cleaning, repairing and lettering on 200 (two hundred) metre kilometre stone and 5th (fifth) kilometre stone as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1912 including carriage of materials, plants/equipments by all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge complete.

White washing two coats on parapet walls and tree trunks including preparation of surface by cleaning scraping etc. as per technical specifications Clause 1915 including carriage of materials, plants/equipments by all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge complete.
