Supply&installation of monoblock insulator with all accessories for existing 11kV, 1250A HT panels compatible with ABB make VD4 type VCBs. all connections, inter-connections including any modifiaction in the existing panel if requiered etc are under the contractor scope without any damages in the existing system and Testing and commissioning of the existing panel accoridng to the standard megger values as per IS/IES
SITC of 60W, 230V space heater with with all accessories in the existing HT panels including all connections, inter-connections, modifiaction in the existing panel if requiered etc are under the contractor scope.
SITC of 22W,230V Cooiling Fan with all accessories and Guard frame in the existing HT panels including all connections, inter-connections, modifiaction in the existing panel if requiered etc are under the contractor scope.
Supplying and fixing 8 way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required.
Supplying and fixing 6-25 A rating, SP,240 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker in the MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.
Supplying and fixing of 63A, four pole, (three phase and neutral), 415 volts, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current 30 mA in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required
Supplying and drawing 3×2.5 sq.mm sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.
Supplying and fixing of 20mm of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.
Supplying and fixing of 20mm of medium class Flexible PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.
Supply&installation of 3 mm thickness PVC HT heat shrinkable Sleeves for Busbar (RYB) in the existing HT panels
Supply&installation of HT epoxy insulator support for busbars with with all accessories in the existing HT panels including all connections, inter-connections, modifiaction in the existing panel if requiered etc are under the contractor scope.
Dismantling of existing damaged monoblock insulators, busbar insulator support, busbar sleeves etc from the HT panels and cleaning all the HT panel compartment without any damages in the existing system.
Spray Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats after cleaning the inner side of panel.
