Excavation in trenches in soft/loose, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc not exceeding 10 square metre on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soil complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in - Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, on brick work or concrete surfaces, surface finished smooth and even without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 12 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, on brick work or concrete surfaces, surface finished smooth and even without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper, white or tinted over one coat of wall primer over 3 mm thick wall care putty, including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 100 mm Aluminium handles, cast type, anodised complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing 50mm long mild steel butt hinges, cold rolled, medium weight complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing aluminium anodisd barrel towel bolts of extruded section, fixed in position, length of bolt 100mm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply & fixing sheet glass 5.5 mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty, in square exceeding 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, valley, ridges, gutters etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Material & labour for MS Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing of Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for granite of 18mm to 20mm thick with uniform texture (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, WHB counters, urinal partitions and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite colour stone including making and polishing bevelled edges of corner, moulding etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in kitchen slabs, chajjas, lintels, cover slabs for manhole etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Material & labour for reinforced cement concrete M-25 Design Mix as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge . Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Material & labour for reinforced cement concrete M-25 Design Mix as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge . Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for formwork to sides of rough finished surfaces of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing 50 micron coloured designer solar control film sticked to glass panes as per instructions of manufacturers complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED light fitting 2x16 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum housing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for submain wiring with two single core PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable FRLS of size 1.5 Sqmm 1100 volt grade (ISI marked ) drawn through and including steel conduits with necessary fittings and accessories like bends, tees and jointing plate to be fixed on surface of hanger or on cable tray, with and including one 1.5 Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor cable FRLS as earth continuity to common earth doly as earth wire all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note : Two runs of main wire and one run of earth wire & one run of steel conduit shall be measured and paid as one length.

Supply & fixing flame proof weather proof DB SPN DB 08 way, all as per Cat No MCDB-186 of Make-Sudhir or equivalent of makes given in Appx 'B' complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25m below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to and including GI earth lead wire 4.00 mm dia , by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc, made of GI and connected to test point and earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 SSR Part-I 2009 and specified or indicated including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) Type C1 in chamber, precast RCC 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM (Weight not less than 4.00 Kg/Square metre) with cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, 20mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 15 mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe, test point etc. complete all as specified and directed. Material & labour for Laying 40 to 50 mm thick rough dressed Jodhpur type stone slab cover 25 to 30 cm wide and not less than 50 cm in length, laid dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10 mm for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.
