SCHEDULE `A' PART-IV MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS (Note for following items- The contractor shall quote his rate for each of these items separately. The estimated rate is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES)

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

S&F Star delta connection open well submersible pumping set with copper rotor electric driven 415 volt , 50Hz of capacity water discharge of 380LPM at 72 Mtr head connection complete all as specified

M&L Copper conductor 6 sqmm 3 core ,1100 volts flat cable fixing for submersible pumping set to motor starter complete all as specified

S&F Fully automatic star delta starters in sheet metal enclosure 3 phase, 415 V, 50 Hz, with ampere & volt meter, single phase preventer and relay range 13-21 Amps complete all as specified and directed

S&F PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable of 3 core 1.5 sqmm for connecting pressure switch to motor starter complete all as specified

Supply and lay and testing of pipes MS ERW including specials nominal dia 200mm as per IS 3589(1981) thickness not less than 5.4mm making hydral point with flanged end ( thickness of flanged not less than 10mm ) including two incoming branch pipe connection 65mm dia one out going connection 100mm dia with welded flanged end and supporting PCC Pillar etc complete including two coats of anti-corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed

Labour only Boring under road/drain/hard standing by manual/ manual method for inserting GI tubing up to 80 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

M&L Brick masonry valve pit of size 90cmx90cmx90cm (internal dimensions of chamber ) including 23cm thick wall built in CM 1:6 , 15 mm thick plastering internal and top surfaces with CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement and flush pointing to external surfaces as works proceeds. 150mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate over 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base, 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping over brick wall thickness.
