[1] All work shall be carried out as per Public works Deptt. Hand Book and other specification or as directed

[2] Rates quoted include clearance of site (Prior commence of work and as its colse inall hold good for work

under all conditions, site moisture weather etc.

[3] The contractor shall exhibit a Board as per Govt. No.806/3277/1657 Dt. 26-04-78 (guj) RGR-No.TNC-1090/24-C

Dated 29-11-90 and GR. Dt. 18-11-91. involved at sitewith in any payment as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

[4] Testing of materials shall be as per statement attached for quality control with specification., the materials shall be tested in

GREI for testing charges shall be paid byExecutive Engineer , and of amount put to tender after deducting the cost of

materialsas per Schedule - 'A' shall be recovered from contractor in Running bill as per G.R. of R&B Deptt. No. TNC/1085-4-

[5] The contractor shall be state even "NIL" precent of no reduction as offcered.

[6] One Percent of estimate cost put to tender for this work shall be recovered from the contract payment as "Labour Cess" in

terms of the Gujarat Government Gezette dated 12-12-2004 implementation of building & other construction worker's

(Rezolution of Employment and condition of service Act. 1996).
